Perfect for a solo trip to Osaka.
Pros:

The location is incredible, being walking distance to the main strip of shops in Shinsaibashi and also the main train station. I could walk to pretty much anything I needed and anything I need to catch transport to it was very close to the train station.

The facilities were in great order. Everything was always very clean and tidy, the daily room cleaning always made sure I had fresh sheets and towels.

The room is small, but exactly what I was expeting from the pictures shown of the room given. I am a tall guy 6 foot 4, and was comfortable there. If you expect/want to be spending lots of time in your room this is not the place for you. But it was perfect to stay in if all you want your room for is to shower/clean and sleep in.

Amazing place and location to stay at, good sized room and can accomodate big suitcases (for travellers who pack a lot).

Excellent location, good stay
Pros:

The hotel location is very convenient for seeing many touristic spots in Osaka!

Service by the staff was also very good. You can ask the staff to help you with luggage forwarding to your next destination or to the airport.

Cons:

The room was a bit worn and small but not terrible at all. It is suitable for resting after a sightseeing day.

No frills, value for money hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Great location, no frills value for money hotel. If you’re looking for a base to work from and don’t want too much in the way of services/facilities from the hotel, this is a good choice

Excellent location and comfortable
Pros:

Amazing location, close to everything, Dotonburi, restaurants, shopping street and train station. Room was clean and comfortable and you get a welcome drink. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast but too many options surround you anyway. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Cons:

Nothing it was great.

Comfortable convenient accommodation
Pros:

As described on the website, great location near to shops and transport. Staff very friendly, room small but ok for solo travellers.

Cons:

I was on the 2nd floor and close to the Australian Bar underneath the property which got very noisy in the evening. Due to loud voices and laughing, ear buds were needed to sleep.

部屋は清潔でした。

Cons:

禁煙の部屋なのに、時々どこからともなくタバコの匂いがしてきました。換気口から？エアコンから？よくわからず、とりあえず換気扇とエアコンをオフしてみたのですが、改善しませんでした。
