Highly recommend that charming boutique hotel in a very good location to the markets.
Pros:

Super lovely boutique hotel in excellent location. Staff were very friendly and the pool was lovely. Rooms were cool and clean. Lived the feel of the hotel. Charming.

The Hotel was in a great location, and easy to get around. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and pointed us in a number of good places to eat.

Pros:

Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff who went out of their way to make us welcome. Great location. Would stay there again if in Hoi An.

Cons:

Would have been great to be to have breakfast included as indicated on booking.com but there was a great breakfast shop across the road.

Struttura molto bella in una posizione comoda per visitare la città. Il personale è stato eccellente, disponibile anche nel preparare una box della colazione per permetterci di farla anche l'ultimo giorno che andavamo via molto presto. Camera molto ampia e pulita.

Beautiful boutique hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. July and Kevin could not be more friendly. They were always assisting us in sharing local information, carrying our bags, getting the kids poolside drinks, cooking fresh breakfast and greeting us with the happiest smiles. The location of the hotel is perfect. The 5 minute walk to the ancient town was easy and there were several great places to eat nearby. Spas just across the road for a quick foot massage after big days of shopping. $2 for a taxi anywhere. Could not pick a better location. Close but not too close to all the chaos.

Cons:

Big reduction in staff and services (restaurant) due to economic times...had a sick 12yr old so frustrating that tv wouldnt work majority of stay due to poor wi-fi and casting from phone only option which would never work due to reception

Highly recommended and the staff were brilliant, kind and helpful.
Pros:

Outstanding. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent pool facilities and beautiful gardens. 5 minutes walk to the old town with great restaurants and bars within a short distance from the accommodation.

Ancient Haven was lovely.
Pros:

The staff is so kind. I loved having a bike to ride and the pool is refreshing in the afternoon. My room was beautiful.

Elke man of vroyw die er werkten
De service die ze konden geven als we iets vroegen.
Iedereen was superbehulpzaam.
In 3 of 4 maanden komen we zeker terug.
Ook het zwembad was super de super.
Deze acomodatie is het boeken 110° zeker waard

Excellent staff, facilities and location. Pool was great.

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The staff went out of there way to help with bookings, taxis and any information we required. The location is excellent and nearby all facilities and attractions. The rooms were nice and the pool was great.
