Stylish Stay with Great Location
Pros:

The hotel’s location is a major highlight, with a bus stop conveniently located just in front, making it extremely easy to get around.
We stayed in a superior room with a very large terrace, which was fantastic and really added to the overall experience.
I especially loved the design of the breakfast room—very elegant and thoughtfully done—and the bar, which feels stylish and sophisticated, perfect for relaxing after a day out.
The overall cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding; everything is spotless, including the rooms.
The staff in the breakfast area, as well as the cleaning and bar teams, were consistently friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced the experience.

Cons:

The room design, while modern, felt too minimalistic. There was only one open shelf and not enough space to properly store luggage unless you’re traveling very light. The lack of drawers or basket for small personal items like keys or cards was also inconvenient.
I also found the placement of the charging sockets on top of the bed very inconvenient—when charging a phone or laptop, the cables are literally above your head, and devices could easily fall down, potentially right onto you.

I found the pricing for parking a bit unusual—charging the same rate (20 CHF/day) for both garage and outdoor parking doesn’t seem standard, as outdoor parking is typically more affordable.

A main disappointment, however, was the experience at the front desk…I tried to offer a suggestion—such as reconsidering cleaning fees for dogs (20 CHF/ day) during longer stays—it felt like my input wasn’t truly heard…
A more empathetic, attentive approach and willingness to listen would make a significant difference, rather than simply referring to hotel rules.

Excellent hotel with everything you need
Pros:

Beautifully designed hotel, nice furniture, cozy beds, with excellent breakfast, better than expected:) The rooms with balcony are a bit smaller than without, but having a nap in the afternoon after a busy ski day on our sunny terrace was superb! We were very well taken care of, special thanks to the most amazing front desk team Alice and Alexander! Thank you for helping me and making our stay a dream❤️

Schönes Zimmer auf dem 6. Stock, sehr schöne Räumlichkeiten wie die Bar und der Speisesaal, tolle Lage
Alice und die andere deutsche Kollegin an der Reception sind ausserordentlich freundlich. Vielen lieben Dank!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war gut, wir haben jedoch wirkliches Vollkornbrot/Brötchen vermisst. Die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat dann jeweils solche für uns aufgebacken. Empfehlung: Frisches Vollkornbrot vom Bäcker liefern lassen.

In den zubereiteten Früchten für das Müsli waren auch Büchsenfrüchte enthalten. Das ist schade.

Wir hätten uns einen Wellnessbereich, zumindest eine Sauna gewünscht.

Verlängertes Wochenende in Davos
Pros:

Super Frühstück.
Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

In der Hauptsaison explodieren die Preise in Davos.
Parkieren ist überall verboten (habe noch in keiner anderen Destination so viele Parkverbotstafeln gesehen).
Dem entsprechend wird auch bei den Hotels kräftig für's parkieren abkassiert.
Parkplatz ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und das sind für mich versteckte Nebenkosten.
