Der Aufenthalt hat mir gefallen, ich werde wieder hingehen, die negativen Seiten ausblendend.
Pros:

Personal: sehr unterschiedlich:
Rezeption: alle Rezeptionistinnen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Frühstücksservice: z.T. freundlich, z.T. unfreundlich, desinteressiert, mangelnder Anstand
gefällige Zimmerausstattung, auch wenn sie einfach ist
Charme des Hotels, Stil des frühen 20. Jahrhunderts

Cons:

Verbesserungswürdig: Freundlichkeit einzelner Personen im Frühstücksservice, siehe oben
z.B. Befragung nach der Zimmernummer: besser im persönlichen Kontakt in normaler Gesprächslautstärke, anstelle von diagonal durch den ganzen Speisesaal in "Kasernenplatz-Feldweibel-Manier und -Lautstärke"

Sanft renoviert, die Räume haben ihren Glanz und Charme behalten, bravo.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis im Restaurant. Zudem ging mein Essen vergessen und nach 20 min und auf Anfrage bekam ich die ausgetrockneten capuns ohne Entschuldigung

Frühstücksbuffet, Qualität des Abendessen im Restaurant, Möglichkeit Skiabo an der Reception 15% günstiger zu kaufen, Skiraum

Cons:

In der Dusche hatte es schimmlige Leisten (wurden nach Reklamation gewechselt), Ringhörigkeit

Der Frühstücksraum und das Frühstück waren vortrefflich( für mich der schönste mit genialer Aussicht)

Cons:

Zimmer überheizt, Lärm von der Strasse wenn Fenster geöffnet wurde, Bad winzig, konnte so gut wie nicht schlafen..

Wir waren zufrieden!
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit grosser Auswahl. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral. Sehr schöne Zimmer und Balkon. Tolle Bar mit freundlichem Personal. Auch an der Rezeption wurden wir herzlich empfangen. Vielen Dank!

Cons:

Auf dem Balkon kann man nicht rauchen. Der Zimmerboden wurde nicht gewischt. Es war alles voll kleine Kieselsteine, die von den Schuhen ab vielen.
