Very welcoming and comfortable, excellent breakfast
Pros:

Nice welcome from staff, we were upgraded so the room was very comfortable, the huge bed too, and breakfast was excellent with a huge choice

newly designed rooms in alpine style, very nice and helpful staff at reception, very well organized

Cons:

nothing to complain about rooms and service, restaurant is of modest quality (Wiener Schnitzel cut too thick, coating fell off) and overpriced

Ausser dem beschriebenen Vorfall war alles top.

Das Frühstück war einmalig. Reichhaltig,qualitativ top.Einfach alles super!

Alles war top,ausser ein Mitarbeiter,der an der Reception sass,und uns am letzten Tag ziemlich unfreundlich anfuhr,weil wir den Lift mit unserem Gepäck nicht benützen konnten weil irgendwelche Techniker daran arbeiteten und dafür den anderen Lift benützten. Er herrschte uns an dies sei verboten. Auch als wir ihm sagten, dass der Lift nicht funktioniert habe, beharrte er darauf, es sei verboten den anderen Lift zu benützen. Dann ging es aber noch weiter: Er machte uns darauf aufmerksam,dass wir nicht aus der Garage fahren können,da ein Baukran im Wege stehe. Auf meine Frage,wie ich denn jetzt aus dieser Garage rauskomme sagte er mir ziemlich frech,das gehe ihn nichts an, ich solle selbst schauen. Kein Wort von Hilfe auch nicht beim Gepäck, das ich mit meinen 76 Jahren vom 3. Stock hätte heruntertragen sollen. Kurz: Ein unmöglicher Mensch. Die Dame an der Reception war aber in Ordnung und hat sich um uns gekümmert und uns sehr nett beraten.

Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden in diesem Hotel. Personal, Ausstattung, Zimmer und Frühstück. Alles passt mir gut.

Cons:

Die Lichtausstattung im Zimmer ist etwas umständlich.

Pros:

Colazione classica. Ottimo pane e marmellate. Posizione comoda, vicina ai mezzi pubblici. Non siamo venuti d'inverno, per sciare, quindi non possiamo giudicare la vicinanza agli impianti di risalita.
