Pros:

Good location. Albeit dodgy looking small alley but most are in tbilisi. next to massage but they are everywhere on the streets. Good bar next door. 24hr reception which is good for georgia early morning flight. But single room was on ground floor next to front door practically in reception. Too noisy could hear receptionist. Working, Playing with phone and talking in morning. Front door opening in out. So would book again but would insist on top floor. Bed ok bathroom ensuite nice decor, hot shower etc. All in all would recommend for possible experienced travellers or footy lads. Not for romantic couple.
