Passabel, aber vermehrter Verbesserungsbedarf ( Frühstück / Erholung bzw. Ruhe)
Pros:

Zimmer Im Großen und Ganzen recht annehmbar.
Perdonal immer freundlich, auch bei Beschwerden stets auf höflichkeit bedacht.
Das Hotel und die Grünanlagen waren im top zustand, hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.
Schüne ruhige Lage und gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ca. 15 Min. Fußmarsch bis zum Olimpkya-Eikaufszentrum

Cons:

Bei der Ausstattung im Küchenbereich fehlt so einiges , so gibt es nur einen kleinen Topf und eine Pfanne. Nudeln mit Soße muss man hier schon zeitlich getrennt zubereiten.
Dosenöffner ist gar nicht vorhanden, musste ich mir kaufen.
Kein Rührlöffel und am Geschirr wird auch gespart, keine Tasse, nur ein Kaffeebecher, keine kleinen Löffel um Kaffee umzurühren, musste ich mir im Frühstücksraum leihen.
Keine Papier Küchentücher, Spültuch oder-Schwamm und auch kein Spülmittel, man kann nur unter klarem Wasser abwaschen.
Ein gewisser Grundstock sollte schon vorhanden sein.
Bad:
Zahnbecher fehlt, nur ein Wasserglas mit Stiehl ( im Küchenbereich) vorhanden, kann also auch nicht zum Zähneputzen benutzen. Und vieles mehr, das zur Grundausstattung gehört.
Nun zum Frühstück:
Brötchen waer zu hart und etwas zu trocken / evtl. TK-Ware ?
Die Wurst-Käse- und Fischplatten, sind lieblos angerichtet und spärlich belegt.
Die gekochten Eier waren kalt.
Hotel und Außenanlage:
Im Hotel wurde am Samstag 18.07.2026 von morgens 7:30 Uhr bis zum Nachmittag 14:45 Renovierungsarbeiten und Schleifarbeiten an Böden und/oder Wänden durchgeführt, das sich in meinem Zimmer anhörte, als würde ein Zahnarzt gerade bohren (sehr unangenehmes Geräusch).
Auf Beschwerde wird nur beiläufig reagiert, nach dem Motto, ist zurzeit halt so, und die Arbeiten sollten bald beendet sein, (allerdings muss ich sagen in einem sehr höflichen und freundlichen Ton). Ich hatte mir jedenfalls mein Wochenende in München ruhiger vorgestellt.

Fijne stop op doorreis
Pros:

Ruime kamer, koelkast, dichtbij Olympiapark om te wandelen, dichtbij metro om naar stad te gaan, auto gratis parkeren op straat, bakkertje met lekkere dingen, fitness en een mooie tuin.

Cons:

Weinig. Prima verblijf om München te verkennen.

God placering især på vej mod Nordeuropa!
Pros:

Generelt et meget dejligt sted med en rigtig god placering, tæt på metro og så var der spisesteder i nærheden. En gåtur til det olympiske område kan også anbefales. Morgenmaden var god. Vi var blevet "advaret" om, at der ikke var Aircon på værelserne i stedet var der opsat en vifte. Det fungerede godt

Cons:

Eneste negative ting var sengene, som ikke var specielt gode.

Pros:

Geräumiges Zimmer, nahe am Olympia Park (zu Fuß ca. 30 min).
Gutes Frühstücks Buffet!

Cons:

Es war sehr warm im Zimmer, es gibt keine Klima und auch keine Heizung im Winter.
Nur ein mobiles Gerät im Zimmer.
Kleines Licht am Bett defekt.

Pros:

The setting was nice

Cons:

There was no AC and due to that was impossible to sleep with the window closed. Therefore mosquitos were a problem.
A poor condition ventilator was provided in the room but was noisy and did not help with the heat.

Zweckmäßiges Apartement Hotel
Pros:

Kleines zweckmäßiges Apartement mit großen Fenstern, die man zum Lüften öffnen kann

Cons:

Die Angabe, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt, hat mir gefehlt. Es sind nur Standventilatoren in den Zimmern, und wenn es sehr heiß ist, ist das zu wenig. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst

Der Service war super. Das Personal sehr freundlich!!

Cons:

Leider sind ein paar Zimmer aufgrund der gegenüberliegenden Bäckerei für geräuschempfindliche Menschen suboptimal. Deren Kompressor / Klima lief leider fast die ganze Nacht.
