J’ai apprécié le restaurant, où j’ai bien mangé. J’ai aussi trouvé l’emplacement pratique, à proximité des principaux sites à visiter, et le personnel a toujours été gentil et accueillant.
J’ai été déçu par mon séjour. La chambre était très moyennement propre et ne correspondait pas à la description : contrairement à ce qui était indiqué lors de ma réservation, je n’avais aucune vue sur la montagne ( film blanc sur la plus grande fenêtre). La décoration était inexistante et les équipements peu pratiques, notamment l’absence de prises électriques à proximité du lit. Les seules prises étaient situées derrière le lit, qu’il fallait déplacer pour pouvoir les utiliser.
J’ai également trouvé que l’isolation phonique était quasiment inexistante, ce qui a nui à mon confort. Le robinet du lavabo fonctionnait mal, avec un débit d’eau très faible.
Au vu des prestations proposées, j’ai trouvé le prix de la chambre beaucoup trop élevé. Le rapport qualité-prix est très moyen. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était annoncé à partir de 6h30, mais à cette heure-là, tous n’était pas prêt, ce qui est compliqué lorsque l’on doit partir tôt.
It was quiet, roomy and close to the caves we wished to visit.
The paths need to improved. As older people we are concerned about tripping and the uneven paths were concerning.

Die Unterkunft hat für Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einer tollen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. So startet man perfekt in den Tag!
Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit waren wirklich außergewöhnlich. Egal welches Anliegen oder welche Frage wir hatten – uns wurde jederzeit aufmerksam, herzlich und sofort weitergeholfen. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und bestens betreut.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!
The location is near Paradise cave, not crowded as other places near Phong Nha, which is great because you can enjoy the nature without seeing too many people.
The facilities are excellent; they maintain it so that you feel you're in nature.

Het eten. Dat was ver onder de maat. Niet lekker en slecht bereid. Kan de petsoon in de keuken wel koken? Tegenvaller! Het personeel was ook niet echt ge welding voor zo een locatie. Dat moet beter kunnen. Ze hadden er niet veel zin in leek het wel.
Lovely staff, nice food and a great setting.
As expected, a bit out of the way if you do t have your own transport. It also has a TV screen and caters for big groups. Which is fine if the big groups don’t stay up all night drinking and singing!
We were upgrade second night away from the communal areas. So grateful to the staff for that.
The place does have a lovely laid back feel and beautiful location.
The staff is extremely friendly and there is a possibility to use kayaks and bikes. The first hour is for free, respectively.

Großzügige, mitten in der Natur gelegene Unterkunft. Saubere Zimmer.
Mit uns waren viele größere Gruppen oder Familien in der Unterkunft, deshalb war es zum Teil etwas laut.
Very nice place to stay if you don’t want to be in town. Immersed in the nature and there’s everything you need. The staff is very nice even though just the receptionists speak English. The spa is also really nice.
Rooms are not as nice as in the pictures. They’re big but not so cozy (especially the bathroom) and doors are not sealed so they cannot be closed properly and we found huge bugs inside. It’s true that you expect to find bugs in the forest, but not in the room if you pay it more than 60€ per night.

Beautiful little spot, free bikes and kayaking. Farmstay cabins were super clean and comfortable! We also had a lovely dinner at the property by the pool.
Further out of town than I realised when booking
Really stunning property, we were able to stay in the farm huts which was cool. Very comfortable and clean. Only downside was location, we were quite far out and you could only have bikes for 2 hour so we ended up hiring a scooter from the local hire. They were helpful in arranging this. The water is a little far away and unfortunately you can’t swim in it, it would have been good to be shown around and explained how the extras work in more detail. Good for hikers but as a young couple we would have been better in the town
