Pros:

Beautiful grounds. Lovely pool area. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Booked the family room - was very tired looking. Poor design re storage - when wardrobe doors were opened they touched the edge of a bed. And, not enough storage for a family.
Restaurant/pool area staff did not seem very happy in their role.
The slogan on the uniform read something along the lines of - arrive as guests, leave as family. Did not live up to this. Apart from one groundsman, not one person came up to me and volunteered a 'hi, good morning/afternoon' or a smile.
Food was average. Spa experience was disappointing.

Pros:

Lage ist unvergleichlich, einfach Top! Für die Lage ist die Austattung und das Komfortlevel völlig ok. Das Personal ist sehr nett und sehr bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen.

Cons:

Die Isolierung der Familien „Fässer“ ist leider nicht so gut, dadurch wird es innen ohne Klima sehr warm.

Świetny wypoczynek w środku przyrody. W ciszy - z dala od zgiełku ulicznego.
Pros:

Bardzo mi się podobało. Oczywiście trzeba sobie zdawać sprawę, że nie jest to miejsce 5*. Był to jedyny hotel w Wietnamie z mniejszą liczbą gwiazdek, więc nie spodziewałam się cudów. Miejsce jest bardzo, bardzo przyjemne, blisko rzeki zielonej. Ma świetne dziewczyny od masaży w SPA - bardzo polecam. Kuchnia była także bardzo smaczna. Wszyscy się bardzo starają by było gościom miło. Jesteś w przyrodzie i to jest niezwykle przyjemne, jesli na codzień mieszkasz w mieście.
Bardzo polecam na miły wypoczynek i wypad do niezwykłych jaskiń.

Cons:

Tylko język angielski przydałby się chociaż w wersji podstawowej u obsługi restauracji. Sporo jest gości z Europy.

Pros:

J’ai apprécié le restaurant, où j’ai bien mangé. J’ai aussi trouvé l’emplacement pratique, à proximité des principaux sites à visiter, et le personnel a toujours été gentil et accueillant.

Cons:

J’ai été déçu par mon séjour. La chambre était très moyennement propre et ne correspondait pas à la description : contrairement à ce qui était indiqué lors de ma réservation, je n’avais aucune vue sur la montagne ( film blanc sur la plus grande fenêtre). La décoration était inexistante et les équipements peu pratiques, notamment l’absence de prises électriques à proximité du lit. Les seules prises étaient situées derrière le lit, qu’il fallait déplacer pour pouvoir les utiliser.

J’ai également trouvé que l’isolation phonique était quasiment inexistante, ce qui a nui à mon confort. Le robinet du lavabo fonctionnait mal, avec un débit d’eau très faible.

Au vu des prestations proposées, j’ai trouvé le prix de la chambre beaucoup trop élevé. Le rapport qualité-prix est très moyen. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était annoncé à partir de 6h30, mais à cette heure-là, tous n’était pas prêt, ce qui est compliqué lorsque l’on doit partir tôt.

Staff were fantastic and we had the restful stay we were looking for.
Pros:

It was quiet, roomy and close to the caves we wished to visit.

Cons:

The paths need to improved. As older people we are concerned about tripping and the uneven paths were concerning.

Ein rundum hervorragender Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft hat für Wohlfühlatmosphäre gesorgt. Besonders das Frühstück hat uns begeistert: sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit einer tollen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. So startet man perfekt in den Tag!

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an das gesamte Personal. Die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit waren wirklich außergewöhnlich. Egal welches Anliegen oder welche Frage wir hatten – uns wurde jederzeit aufmerksam, herzlich und sofort weitergeholfen. Man fühlt sich als Gast wirklich willkommen und bestens betreut.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Pros:

The location is near Paradise cave, not crowded as other places near Phong Nha, which is great because you can enjoy the nature without seeing too many people.
The facilities are excellent; they maintain it so that you feel you're in nature.

De locatie was perfect. Afgelegen van al het lawaai

Cons:

Het eten. Dat was ver onder de maat. Niet lekker en slecht bereid. Kan de petsoon in de keuken wel koken? Tegenvaller! Het personeel was ook niet echt ge welding voor zo een locatie. Dat moet beter kunnen. Ze hadden er niet veel zin in leek het wel.

Lovely staff, nice food and a great setting.

Cons:

As expected, a bit out of the way if you do t have your own transport. It also has a TV screen and caters for big groups. Which is fine if the big groups don’t stay up all night drinking and singing!
We were upgrade second night away from the communal areas. So grateful to the staff for that.
The place does have a lovely laid back feel and beautiful location.

Pros:

The staff is extremely friendly and there is a possibility to use kayaks and bikes. The first hour is for free, respectively.

Cons:

Bugs, fungus, damaged ceiling, noisy blasts under the floor during the night.

Gute Unterkunft mitten in der Natur
Pros:

Großzügige, mitten in der Natur gelegene Unterkunft. Saubere Zimmer.

Cons:

Mit uns waren viele größere Gruppen oder Familien in der Unterkunft, deshalb war es zum Teil etwas laut.
