Pros:

LGBTQ super freundlich. sehr aufgeschlossenes und super nettes Personal. Man fühlt sich jederzeit wohl und nicht diskriminiert. sehr hilfsbereit von Fahrer bis Rezeptionist.

Pros:

Wygodne czyste pokoje. Duży wybór dań na śniadanie, możliwość zjedzenia na tarasie 8 piętra. Lokalizacja bardzo blisko promenady.
Sympatyczny personel, zwłaszcza na recepcji i barze. Byłem tam drugi raz i polecam.

Basicamente gostei de tudo. As motos ficaram muito bem acondicionadas na garagem subterrânea (com elevador) e só há acesso através do Sr. Dursun, que desempenha de forma excelente o seu papel.

Zentral gelegene Hotel

Bei unserer Ankunft im Hotel wurden uns die Zimmer 720 und 722 zugeteilt. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und zunächst war alles in Ordnung. Am Mittag hörten wir jedoch starke Geräusche von oben, und auch in der Nacht war es wegen des Lärms sehr störend.

Zunächst dachten wir, dass im oberen Stockwerk Bauarbeiten stattfinden. Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir jedoch, dass sich dort das Restaurant des Hotels befindet. Dadurch war es sowohl in den Zimmern als auch auf dem Flur sehr laut.

Wir baten deshalb um einen Zimmerwechsel. Dieser wurde unkompliziert durchgeführt, und wir erhielten die Zimmer 420 und 422. Dort war es ruhig und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt genießen.

Das war der einzige negative Punkt während unseres Aufenthalts.

Fine but some serious discrepancies with the expected service from this type of hotel.
Pros:

Good location and large room, with all the facilities you’d expect from this type of hotel.

Cons:

We did not get a single visit from housekeeping during our five (5!!) day stay, even though we’d asked for daily housekeeping. I had to call up twice for fresh towels and these arrived only with a significant delay. The rooftop bar was moreover closed without advance notice due to a conference, even though the rooftop itself was empty and could have been easily serviced?
