卫生管理水平差，设施质量差，服务水平不一致。
Pros:

地理位置好，在我忍无可忍抱怨卫生间下水道臭味和房间不干净后，前台还是愿意帮我换房间，赠送了水果。

Cons:

第一：需要认真清洁地板，更换新的干净的被套枕套，需要维修下水道，让卫生间不泛恶臭味道，这是最起码的！！第二，水龙头水小，空调风很小，马桶水量大的按钮按下去没反应，部分前台人员态度冷漠，觉得就是这样的。这和经济发达的中国酒店设施以及服务水准相比，落后太多！这家也是我在土耳其住的5家酒店里，水平最差的，你们真的应该好好反省改进下，也希望你们的总经理看见这篇意见。

Pros:

The hotel is quite well located. The room was nicely decorated, looked quite new and was very clean. Just a little bit dark and warm. I had no noise problems even though it’s situated on a main road. One can be at nice restaurants and cafes just after a short walk. The breakfast was very satisfactory and came even with sea view. Personnel in general were nice and polite. I think I would stay here again for short getaways.

Good hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

Convenient location and short walk to the seaside. Our suite could accommodate our family of 4 and had an extra toilet, which was very useful! We rented a car and staff assisted with parking it in the hotel car park for us.

Cons:

Although we booked a sea view suite, it was a very limited view as there are two large buildings between the hotel and the sea (see photo). It was fine because we just walked out to the promenade instead…
