Clean, neat. Needs ash trays by the pool. A hot tub would be nice. The Suana was closed. The room was clean and neat, but barely any dishes or utinsils. Did have a water heater pot, stove and refrigerator.
Open shower, no enclosed stall for showers. AC worked well and room was over all comfortable.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The surrounding area of the property was dirty.

The hotel room are spacious and clean. the location is not to far from malls and 3 minutes drive to the cornich. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. the kitchen has all new in good condition utensils but need more cooking utensil and tableware. we ask for tableware and we got it.

The Al Muhanna was suitable and probably consistent with the low price. However, I am not sure how it earned the fantastic reviews found on hotels.com. The location is on an uninteresting side street, but very easily walkable to major streets in Salmiyah with plenty of restaurants and coffee shops, as well as the beach road for pleasant walks, weather permitting. I had a 2 AM arrival, and had actually booked for that same day, but at 2 PM check in. Staff was very accommodating, and charged only a 10KD early check in- quite fair. In fact, front desk and bell staff was kind and helpful throughout the short stay. I was checked into a 2 BR/3 BA unit, as my single wasn't available that early. I didn't need the extra space, but I didn't have to move. It's a bare bones place, though clean enough. My room was not cleaned during my stay. The LR couch had seen better days, and stains to show it. Towels were on the thin side (an important indicator in my view). I think the biggest issue was that the shower was completely uncontained, so water gets everywhere in the bathroom, and there are no places to store bathroom items. Hot water was good, as was wifi. I was not aware of any breakfast or other food facility in the hotel, though I am not a fan of hotel breakfasts. No major complaints, but no rave reviews from me either.

A very nice hotel I would stay here again pleasant staff and near to all the shops and cafes.

Apartment size (2-bedroom) is less than 45 m2 while the website says it's 85 m2. No parking and very difficult to find one. The overall experience was fine because it's a new services appartments. I expect the quality and cleanness to be worse with time. The staff were all polite except one (Sheriol in the late night shift) who was very poor in everything. Made me angry at many occasions.

New structure, very comfortable and clean rooms, good position in commercial district close to the seaside, very nice staff, always ready to help you in everything.

Only negative thing: they sold the apartment with pool and gym included and available, instead they were still under construction and it was not possible to use them, that was disappointing.

OVER ALL THE PLACE IS GOOD FOR FAMILY

Pour une première visite au Koweït, j'ai porté mon choix sur un hôtel proche de la mer et non loin du centre-ville. L'hôtel est récent et très propre, le service est agréable et très disponible, les appartements sont très grands et très bien équipés, avec un plus pour le parking souterrain gratuit, par contre, l’emplacement n'est pas top, le quartier est sale et semble en ruine, pourtant tout proche du centre commercial Marina Mall et du bord de mer.

It is economical and reasonable price and spacious room, Everything is good.
All the cooking facility is equipped, I can cook during staying here it is enjoyable.

we really enjoyed our stay here. The studio/apartment was spacious. Everything was very clean and new furniture. Comfortable chairs and sofa. All conveniences needed as a (tourist) traveller were there. We really liked the fact that we had 3 bathrooms for just the 2 of us.
Very good price/quality ratio

The staff are all incredibly friendly and very helpful.

The location is good (very close to the Scientific Center/museum) and many shopping malls (if you're into that) at walking distance.
Bit far from the City Center but a taxi ride will only cost KD2-3 (takes approx. 20-30mins depending on traffic.
There are local buses nearby as well if you prefer that

We would certainly stay there again if we ever visit Kuwait again.
