According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990,minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

There is an additional charge for parking of R$ 70,00 per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are limited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Awesome 1 Night stay near beach
Pros:

Awesome location. Close to the beach and in a great area. Heaps of food options around. Great range available for breakfast and friendly staff. Rooms were of nice size and well kept. The bathroom was massive with plenty of space.

Cons:

Be handy if the elevators were slightly faster, but just a matter of timing it well, not a big issue at all

A localização é muito boa, pertinho da praia Central e de vários restaurantes na rua, o hotel tem um bom café da manhã e a organização dos quartos são excelentes!

Cons:

Falta informações na descrição do hotel! Teria que ter a informação aqui que o estacionamento não está incluso na estadia e que se é pago a parte, para não ter surpresas indesejáveis no dia do check in. Outro ponto que me incomodou bastante foi o fato de NÃO ter grade nas janelas! Ficamos no 10° andar e a cama de solteiro estava encostada na janela. Como temos criança pequena, ficamos incomodados com esse quesito. Essa segurança com as crianças o hotel poderia dar uma atenção maior

Falta pouco pra ficar perfeito.
Pros:

O quarto dividido foi ótimo, dá mais privacidade entre amigos. Tamanho, chuveiro, ar condicionado, camas, tudo excelente.
A camareira Mary foi uma simpatia conosco!!!
Os meninos da recepção atendem bem mas faltou dar informações sobre o microondas e chaleira que só descobrimos dias depois e por conta própria.

Cons:

Falta um espelho grande no quarto e uma mesinha de canto também ajudaria muito na acomodação, já que tem espaço.
Na varanda, fica pingando água do ar condicionado e fica empossada.
