According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990,minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

There is an additional charge for parking of R$ 70,00 per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance and are limited.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

O quarto era maravilhoso, com dois ambientes, dois banheiros... foi perfeito para nossa família. Café da manha muito bom, bem completo. Localização ótima.

Cons:

Me incomodou um pouco a pia pequena do banheiro que não cabia muita coisa que a gente precisaria deixar lá e dentro do box também não tinha um suporte ou prateleira pra por os produtos.

Pessoas bem atenciosas, mas saimos de dois anos do hotel da mesma rede, açores devido a cobranca até de água para o mate e estacionamento, nunca disponível, sempre pagando extra. Ponto decepcionante agora foram as tomadas de cabeceira, nenhuma funcionando. As pessoas atenderam muito bem, café bom! Mas tomadas que funcionem é o básico, do básico.
