Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

While booking for some reason the date defaulted to an incorrect date. It was a struggle to have reception change it for me. They kept promising to call back and never did. The people in the room next door where so loud I couldn't sleep so I was exhausted from calling on my way from PTA until I arrived in Polokwane.

The rooms are decent and clean but the staff just drop the radison standard

Poor service from housekeeping staff, they take more than 20 min to bring the iron which doesn’t work. They don’t refill the amenities in the room when you request they take their own time. The room was not worth the money very far from view the pool
