WOW! A truly amazing hotel in an incredible city
Pros:

Oh. My. Gosh. The most amazing hotel I’ve stayed at in Mexico (and you wouldn’t know it from the outside, very unassuming). First every single staff member was so friendly and welcoming, they’re just the greatest. Next the rooms are so bright and clean, HUGE windows letting in all the light. Everything in the hotel is spotlessly clean. Next is the location, right in Centro with an incredible bakery across the street and surrounded by out of this world local restaurants. The roof top patio is beautiful with views of the city, steeples and domes. All this and the rooms are completely quiet at night with amazing room darkening shades. I slept better here than at home.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing. I can’t wait to return

Diría que lo que me gustó más fueron 2 cosas, la ubicación, que estaba cerca del zócalo y varios puestos de comida callejeros, y lo segundo fue ls atención del personal, muy amables en todo momento, cabe aclarar que solo me hospede 1 noche, Pero fue una noche sin ningún problema.
Me dijeron que podía hacer el Check in antes de las 3 según la disponibilidad, y fueron tan amables que lo hicieron a las 10am, eso fue un alivio ya que quería acostarme y descansar después del vuelo, en general una muy buena experiencia, volvería a ir.

Sehr angenehm und gute Lage
Pros:

Gut gelegen, nicht direkt am Zentral Platz aber dafür ruhig, komplett ohne Lärm.
Super freundliche Bedienstete.
Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet.
Direkt zwischen Künstlermarkt und Zentrum gelegen.

Cons:

Man geht etwa 7-10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Für uns ideal, aber für Gehschwache Besucher vielleicht zu viel.
Nicht traditionell eingerichtet, eher im modern/business Stil. Auch das ist kein Nachteil, aber was will man sonst schreiben, wenn eigentlich alles gut war und man was negatives nennen soll.
