Ubicació. Es al zócalo o centre històric, es pot arribar a peu a tot arreu. Hotelet petit molt correcte, modern. Bé per passar una nit a Puebla. Personal molt amable.

La ubicación y la atención del personal
Le faltan algunas amenidades y se escucha todo de las habitaciones de a lado.
Un lugar muy agradable, excelente para descansar su cama muy cómoda, el personal muy amable y atienden de inmediato tus necesidades.
Su sistema de cable es muy deficiente, su señal muy mala no puedes ver más allá de los canales de transmisión abierta!! Si necesitan mejorarlo!
Excelente atendimento de toda a equipe. Cama confortável, quarto amplo, ótimo banheiro. Próximo de tudo no centro histórico.

You're spoilt for choice for hotels downtown Puebla , but if you don't want luxury this is a great place to stay a night or so if you want just a clean room and functional space. and unlike the hotels around the Zocaloo and the noise it's on a relatively quiet street and very easy to get an Uber to pick you up or drop you off,
For the foreigners one nice thing is you can flush the paper, no bin is needed
No coffee machine in the room ,you can have an iron delivered to the room and no compmentry water, bit you can buy snacks and drinks from reception,nits not a deal-breaker but a bottle should be in the room .
Excelente servicio de atención desde la recepción. La habitación esta bien, las camas son muy cómodas. La calle en la que se ubica es tranquila por lo que no es ruidoso. Esta a unas cuadras del zócalo y lugares de interés. Me gustó.
