Siti was fantastic at check in and easily contactable Apartment was good and in a great location Close to train monorail Chinatown and shopping.Would stay again as it is good value Pool is amazing and well maintained .Lobby is not airconditioned and gets quite hot .But overall worth the money

不設服務台，需要倚靠 WhatsApp 聯絡才能有所需要的服務，包括房間清潔。

整體上地區旺中帶靜，治安較其他地方為佳。不在商業及購物區，商務公幹較適合。

地址欠清晰，的士司機用 GPS 也找不到，最好說清楚在那一座大廈之內。

In my opinion, it was quite an enjoyable stay. Equipment and electrical appliances were provided but I did not really want to use it (e.g. rusty electrical kettle, bread toaster). The cleanliness was okay (just some stains on walls, bedsheets), and the settings were magnificent. One thing I was not happy with, was that the neighbors made a lot of noises at the hallway. It was quite disturbing especially at night or in the midnight.

War zum zweiten Mal in diesem Condo. Wohnung quasi identisch wie beim ersten Mal von hoher Qualität. Theoretisch kann man sich gut selbst versorgen (vollwertige Küche), aber es gibt vielfältige Essensmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.
Der Check-in ist simpel, aber man sollte befolgen was in der Bestätigung steht. Vorabkontakt mit der Schlüsselhaltung und nicht zur Rezeption gehen!

離地鐵遠了點， 不過房子就在亞羅街旁邊，很棒。

호텔도 전반적으로 깔끔했고 풀장도 좋다. 체크인하려면 미리 연락해야하는데 금방 오고 친절하다. 야시장까지 걸어서 5분내외면 간다. 먹을거 사들고 와서 먹어도 충분히 가까운 거리. 전반적으로 좋았어서 추천합니다.

Very large suite in convenient location.
It was clean and comfortable. 10 min walk to Petaling st.as well as Bukit Butan and The Time Squere. Great value for the money.

舒適方便的居住選擇

The fact that here is no reception and no email address on hotels.com makes it mandatory to call the hotel for arrangements etc. costing someone without a SIM card long distance charges. Otherwise, the hotel was very clean, spacious, and close to most major attractions (within a 30min walk).

Very convenient to eating and shopping venues .Great infinity swimming pool.Check ìn requires a phone call on arrival at foyer but this is not an issue.Assured that keys available 24/7.We arrived MN for an over night stay .Kitchenette with minimal crockery available. Fridge ,microwave and even a laundry machine which is such a bonus .Basic but comfortable enough.Will stay again .Contact person very pleasant and helpful .

후기가많이없어서 불안했는데 도착하니 괜히불안해했을정도! 주니어아파트였는데 넓고 깨끗해서 친구와 함께 6박동안 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 드라이기는 필요하면주신다고했는데 저흰 필요없어서 그냥지냈어요!
욕실배수구에 물이 잘안빠지는거 빼면 세탁기도있어서 6박동안 더운나라에서 세탁까지하면서 편히있었습니다!
유명호텔에서 벌레나왔다는 후기들이많아 선택한곳이었는데벌레도전혀없고, 전반적으로 깨끗했어요. 잘란알로야시장과 파빌리온 모두 가깝고 크랩버거로 유명한 vcr카페 바로옆에있습니다. 대체적으로 우버나 그랩을 불러도 시간안에 잘 도착할정도로 지리적으로 너무좋았어요!
이곳에있는 수영장도 너무예쁜데 저희가 시간이없어서 마지막날봤다는... 무료로 이모든걸 즐길수있다니 꼭추천하고싶구요. 쿠알라룸푸르를 또 온다면 이 숙소를 또 예약하고싶어요. 6박동안 너무행복했습니다

We’ve stayed at the Swiss Garden Residences before and like it for its swimming pool and central (to everything) location. The team (Debbie and Bill) at R&D Stay Services were really helpful and reacted very promptly to a request for some badly needed kitchen/dining equipment and the daily housekeeping was a nice addition as very few apartment setups offer this. Overall a comfortable and pleasant stay, though the apartment itself could have benefited from a coat of paint, and am happy to recommend.

I love the fact that check in was straightforward. We were greeted by Doris.
We've got the whole unit with 2 bedrooms for ourselves. Very comfortable for 3 adults & 2 kids.
We have no complaint about our stay but would be great that if these would be available should we return;

1)the Wi-Fi, literally no connection throughout our stay. Luckily for us we have our data.
2) I've mentioned to Debbie that the master room is abit dull as one of the cove lighting doesn't lit. She quickly informed the management and told me that would take some time as they need to order the replacement but I make do with it.
Housekeeping was done neatly. All of our belongings are intact and untouched. Suitable for families. Very good location and cleanliness is our utmost importance.
Will recommend to our friends and family.

It's a nice place, great view! Well worth the money. Debbie is very nice and accommodating. Only the Wifi was slow but we had this problem in most of the hotels that we stayed in south east Asia.

The stay is very good. Debbie was very helpful in any aspect she can help.
The place is ideal for family with kids. Room is spacious, living room, comfortable bed. Big bath room, and the best is the pool, where kids will enjoy.

the area is very accessible for Mono Rail or even subway to go around the city. The area is very close also on night food area where you have lots of food choices.

Overall stay is wonderful and will recommend the hotel and will surely use the same when back to Kuala Lumpur.

My stay at R&D was very pleasant and comfortable. There is a store in the building that provides for basic needs, a Chinese restaurant on the 6th floor which was convenient if you're too lazy to step out for lunch or dinner. Debbie was easy to get in touch with and very helpful.

monorail station, chinese market, bukit bintang,shopping malls and restaurants walking distance. swimming pool was beautiful but a little cold side. loved washing machine, lots of hangers and washing hanger.
