Fatih Apart Hotel

Just back after a short stay here, lovely family who are helpful welcoming and very kind, as are all the staff. Rose, such a hardworking lovely lady, a great cook, plus she makes the best chips ever staff.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel us family run and nothing is too much trouble. Food and drinks are great and reasonably priced. Place is spotlessly clean. We had a two bedroom apartment that was very spacious and kept very clean. Couldnt fault it.

Ailece dinlenmek amaçlı sakin bir tatil istiyorsanız tam yeri (: Deniz değil havuz ise beklentiniz hem şu harika hem temizliğiçok iyi. Sahipleriçok ilgili ve cana yakınlar. Yemekleri çok lezzetli. Odalar tertemiz. Gelen misafirler uuzn yıllardır geliyormuş ki sanırım tatil rotamız Dalyan olduğunda bizde başka yeri tercih etmeyiz. Mutlu tatil huzur için tam yeri.

Tertemiz bir aile işletmesi, guler yuzlu ve pozitif yaklaşımları guzel, havuzu yeterli. Biz çok memnun kaldık,Dalyan da olması konum olarak da güzellikleri getiriyor zaten , hem havuz hem göl hemde denize girebileceğiniz güzel bir tatil istiyorsanız tercih edin derim.

I have been visiting Dalyan for many years, but this is the best place I’ve stayed, and will return to!

The owner Fatih and his brother Kaan, were fabulous hosts, and Rose their lovely mum provided us with some amazing food.
The staff were so helpful.

The apartments vary, so many alternatives to accommodate your family.
We had a two bedroom apartment, very traditional, very clean, with a small kitchenette

No towel wars!!! It’s not allowed; but never had a problem finding a bed.
Emphasis is on relaxation and enjoyment.
Low background music, not blaring out ( I know I sound miserable, but I’m not one for booming music all day)..

Perfect place to rest, recuperate, and meet lovely holiday friends.. about 10mins to town, but plenty of bars and shops on the way.
We did always end up back at the hotel bar though, as we really enjoyed the vibe, and the fun we had with the two brothers.
We have never laughed so much!!

Looking forward to returning very soon.

Very friendly family run small boutique like hotel. It is very quite but also walking distance to Dalyan Town Center where can be found lots of restaurants, bars and boat tours ext... It is a clean place. Air conditioner is in main bedroom. My daughter struggle to sleep because she was in other room with no air conditioner. The lady is mum of owner is a good cook. She prepared a big Turkish breakfast. It was delicious and big portion with plenty of food to try. Especially home made jams and honey must try! Overall We had a good experience

It was a great stay, I recommend everyone this family managed, clean hotel. Hotel employees were so fine and helpful. The only negative thing about the hotel, if you're staying at the roof top with a baby stroller, there is no elevator. Otherwise everything else was great, kids had really fun at the swimming pool.

2020 yılında kapsamlı bir tadilat geçiren Fatih Apart Hotel tam bir aile işletmesi. Hotelin sahibi Fatih bey işinde tam anlamıyla mükemmeliyetçi biri. Odalar pırıl pırıl, havuz tertemiz, çalışanlar yardımsever ve güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı doyurucu ve lezzetli. Çocuklu aileler için mükemmel bir seçim. Dalyan konaklaması yapmak isteyenlerin ilk tercihi Fatih Apart Hotel olmalı.

Kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Hem temiz hem de çok yakından ilgileniyorlar. Şehre biraz uzak gibi görünse de yürüyerek 8-10 dakikalık mesafede.

Oda temiz ve iki bölmeliydi, çocuklu aile için ideal. Mutfak gereçleri mevcut. Havuz küçük ama temiz ve konforlu. Şehir merkezine yürüyerek 10 dk. Klima yetersizdi, odadaki ikinci bölüm soğumuyordu pek.

Schönes kleines Hotel. Vielen Dank. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Great apart-hotel with all the comfort of both - bedroom with living area and kitchen, but also great service at the bar and restaurant. The property is beautiful and incredibly peaceful but walking distance from restaurants, shops, bars and the river. The family who runs the business is lovely and friendly yet very professional - you can see they have been in the business for a long time. Customers going back year after year is definitely a guarantee of top quality :)

Fabulous, family-run apartments about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan. Rose, Fatih and Kaan can't do enough for their guests and are welcoming, friendly hosts. The apartments are quite basic if you want to do some actual cooking but have air conditioning and are spotlessly clean. The food is so good at the apartments and in Dalyan that there is no need to cook! Lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Wifi in the bar area. Highly recommended!

The hotel was okay. The beds were hard and there was only a very thin tough blanket on the bed, but they gave us more when we asked. There was no hot water or soap. The staff was very sweet and breakfast at the restaurant was good.

Fabulous apartments. Run by the Koskun family, they cannot do enough for you and Rose's cooking is amazing. The apartments and clean and regularly refreshed. The cooking facilities are basic, but with Dalyan centre just 10 minutes' walk away you won't want to cook! There is a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds and areas to lounge and chill. Free wifi available in the bar area. This is the fourth time we've stayed here and we will return, as plenty of guests do. Excellent value for money.
