Do not go there - terrible experience
Pros:

Terrible experience. After a mic-up between the hotel and hotels.com, I was repeatedly threatened with legal action, and the hotel was in general not interested in resolving the issue - refused to pick up the phone and refused to access hotels.com. Terrible, terrible treatment of customers, and horrendous attitude.

Pros:

The views and charm of this old colonial hotel are matched only by the awesome manager and staff. We were treated with kindness and professionalism. I would return in a heart beat!
