Ottimo per visitare il centro
Pros:

Situato nell’ old quarter,basta uscire e ci si trova nel centro di Hanoi.Le camere con finestra e vista sono abbastanza grandi e comode,il bagno piccolo ma funzionale .In dotazione anche accappatoi.Aria condizionata silenziosa.è presente cassaforte,frigobar e bollitore.La stanza veniva pulita tutti i giorni.Il proprietario sig Tiep ci ha organizzato sia il tour per la baia di Ha long,sia il trasferimento per l aeroporto.

Cons:

Colazione esclusivamente asiatica con una sola variazione dolce,pancake ma comunque buona.un pochino più di attenzione alla pulizia

Pros:

Менеджер прекрасный, решил проблему, проводил и принес завтрак. На этом плюсы и то, что можно оценивать, заканчивается.

А вот тут уже все остальное.
Мы приехали заселиться в отель ночью, так как был транзитный рейс. Только во время нашей регистрации Администратор сказал, что к сожалению наш номер находится там, где ведется ремонт. Еще и почему то ночью. Поэтому нас переселяют в другой отель( я так поняла , их же сети) отель был в разы хуже, дешевле, номера грязные , старые и уставшие.

В данной ситуации разочаровало что сообщили нам об этом только по факту нашего приезда в отель, так же класс отеля-замены значительно ниже, а стоимость мы заплатили ту же, что за первоначальный вариант брони. Это обидно.
Благо остаться мы должны были только на одну ночь и администратор сам принес нам завтрак, чек и провел оплату.

Overrated hotel
Pros:

Good breakfast, it's a la carte but you can order without limit.

Cons:

Our room was in the first floor so it was extremely noisy. We could hear people in the lobby early in the morning screaming and laughing and the noises of a construction site close to our room. The room is incredible small and dark because the window doesn't face the street but another building. We had another reservation with them we couldn't delete because you just loose the money.

Little Town Hotel
Pros:

We were placed in another hotel that was way better than the actual La Storia Hotel. Big room and in a peaceful spot with very big bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

We asked for take away breakfast but unfortunately it wasn't ready for the hour we asked for and we had to leave because we were already 10 minutes late. I think the staff didn't talked with eachother

Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.
Gentillesse de l’accueil et du personnel du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Bruit provenant de la rue car probable simple vitrage(3ème étage côté rue)

Très bonne situation, petit déjeuner très copieux, personnel très serviable ( se sont occupés de récupérer nos bagages "perdus" à l'aéroport). Rapport qualité prix excellent

Cons:

Petit bémol pour la propreté dans la salle de bain et absence de fenêtre dans la chambre
