Short one night stay. The property price is good. The location is near by stores and shops. The room was clean. The only problem during my stay was the heavy smell of mold. I suggest the air systems be cleaned as my allergies didn’t allow a good nights rest.
That hotel is 3 stars but everything is not good.
Bed sheets and towels stinks..
The personnel were polite and very helpful. They need however to have someone who could understand and speak English well. (Not many locals speak English). The building was nice. Only criticism is that the carpets especially the one in 4th floor is soiled. They need to either replaced them or clean them.
Check in was easy. The room was.worn and not clean. Other guest were very loud so difficult to sleep. The bed is old and uncomfortable.

We booked 9 rooms for a group of 13 persons for a charitable project. All are happy with room, service and breakfast. All have same complaint about towels with unpleasant smell. The hotel tried the best to correct which is commendable but still needs some further improvement with the laundry team. Will come back however.
Ladies at reception could use a good training in customer service. Room was good: good bed, clean bathroom. No safe in room and the security chain at the door is just pro forma. Good breakfast with plenty of fresh and steamed veggies. WIFI was very bad, frequently interrupted. Streetfood street and good BBQ restaurant nearby.
We are a group of dozen medical people coming to Pleiku for a charitable project. All think the hotel is clean, with decent sized room, good breakfast with variety, and super nice staff. The only negative point was towels were not properly washed giving an unpleasant smell. Once the staff was aware of this, they immediately made great effort to change and correct it. Overalll the hotel is very good for the value, and we definitely will come back.

Hotel locates at one the main thoroughfare in Pleiku so it's pretty convenient for going anywhere in that small highland town. The hotel was pretty new so room was spacious and in good condition. House keeping staff were helpful. Breakfast has limited choices but ok for food quality. This is the most decent hotel one can get in this small town for a very decent price.
I went to Pleiku for some business. Nothing to see in the city. Probably Khanh Linh hotel is the best you can get if you plan to visit Pleiku. The hall way smell, room smell cigarette.
3성급 호텔이지만 겉모습은 매우 화려하고 좋습니다. 하지만 위생상태나 여러가지 면에서 아쉬운 부분이 많습니다. 조식, 청결, 보안 등의 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 지하에 있는 마사지는 별로 입니다. 주변에 즐길 수 있는 것들이 없는 부분이 아쉽습니다.
The hotel is new looking and has a restaurant where breakfast buffet is served, however you can get basic dinners and lunches there also. The entrance to the hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly and helpful. Their English is not too bad. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the shower is nice. The bed isn’t the hardest I have slept in but also not the softest. I prefer a soft bed, but this one was adequate and king size. We stayed in the superior room. Check out was quick and efficient. There is a spa Centre in the basement level, but we didn’t try this while there. I would definitely stay here again if I was in Pleiku.
This hotel is very nice in summer. You can have a total view on the top of this hotel.
