L’hôtel a du potentiel, le personnel est trop indolent actuellement
Pros:

La localisation, la vue, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Pas de savon ni shampoing en arrivant, toujours pas 4h après avoir demandé, pas d’eau froide dans la douche (donc brûlante), et l’accueil qui a l’outrecuidance de dire le lendemain « oui nous savons il suffit de tourner le robinet et d’attendre deux minutes » quand nous avons évidemment attendu bien plus que deux minutes dans toutes les configurations possibles
Des excuses auraient été appropriées plutôt que cette assurance mal placée

Es war ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in angenehmer Atmosphäre.
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel, äußerst freundliches Personal, vielseitiges Frühstück mit heimischen Produkten und jeden Tag frische mallorquinische Süßspeisen.
Super centrale Lage.

Cons:

Lediglich die Brotmesser zum Abschneiden der Frühstück Brotscheiben waren stumpf.

Great location, friendly staff and yummy breakfast, we’d stay here again
Pros:

Great location near the centre of town, carpark within a 400m walk. The room was large with comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes and good selection and the breakfast room itself was very pretty. There staff were very friendly. They let us freeze our cold blocks in their freezer

Pros:

The hotel was very beautiful and clean, with a fantastic atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel is just a short walk from the beautiful city center. Honestly, we could not have wished for anything more.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Lage - nahe am Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. 2 von 3 RezeptionistInnen sprechen deutsch. Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück, große Auswahl sowohl in herzhafter, als auch in süßer Geschmacksrichtung.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung hätte manchmal gründlicher sein können, z.B. Mitnahme von Leergut. Temperatur der Dusche ließ sich schlecht regulieren, evtl. Problem mit der Mischbatterie.

Pros:

L hotel est de taille humaine on est pas sur les grands bulding de la cote. Tres beau, vu sur les montagnes.
Hotel tres calme, les lits sont immenses on y a dormir magnifiquement bien. Petit dej top avec des produits faits maison.
L emplacement qui permet d etre rapidement dans Soller.
Le village étant compliqué pour s y garer un parking privé est à 10min max cela ne nous a pas posé pb.

Cons:

Rien. Juste s il fallait chipoter le fait que les terrasses ne soit pas un peu plus isolé avec brise vue ou autre. Quand en fin de soirée on est ts sur la terrasse on prend un peu l apero avec tout le monde 😀

Ruhige Unterkunft in historischer Umgebung
Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, schöne Terrasse und Pool, schöne (Außen-)Sitzplätze im herrlichen Garten unter den Zitronenbäumen. Großes Bett, nicht zu weich, schönes Bad.
Nur wenige Minuten zum belebten Stadtzentrum und der Holzbahn nach Palma/Port Sóller. Eine absolute Empfehlung, durch die Zitronen und Orangenhaine zu fahren. Viele gute Restaurants in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und an der Bar abends.
Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, immer frisch gebackenes Brot und Brötchen, Obst, Eier nach Wahl, Pastries etc.
Der Fußweg von 450m zum kostenlosen Hotelparkplatz war für uns kein Problem, man sollte jedoch die leichte Steigung der Straße vom Hotel dorthin berücksichtigen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

Cons:

Zimmer 101 bedingt durch die Lage im Souterrain etwas klamm. Auf dem Gang wurden dagegen Luftentfeuchter eingesetzt. Aber dafür konnte man über die Terrassentür direkt zum Garten/Pool gehen. Unbedingt die Anreiseinformationen beachten! Ansonsten kann man definitiv in einer der sehr engen Gassen stecken bleiben.
