Die Betten inkl Kissen müssten besser abgestimmt werden. Zu harte Matratze und die Kissen sind zu steif.

Das Hotel ist eine Oase
Pros:

So ein schöner, ruhiger Ort. Und dabei so zentral. Mein Zimmer war riesig, super sauber, leise und das Bad ganz neu gemacht. Die Rezeptionsmitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Ich hab gerne am Pool unterm Zitronenbaum entspannt. Alles ist sehr gepflegt. Und so ein besonderes Hotelfrühstück hab ich noch nie erlebt. Die Frühstücksköchin ist eine begnadete Backerin, es gab immer hausgemacht: mehrere Sorten Kuchen, süße Teilchen, Brote, Brötchen; herzhafte Tarte, Waffeln, Pfannkuchen, Croissants ... dazu frisches Obst und dann noch die ganzen anderen kalten und warmen Frühstücksspeisen. Natürlich selbstgemachte Orangenmarmelade und frisch gepresster Orangensaft aus Orangen aus Sóller. Grandios. Das Hotel war auf jeden Fall die richtige Wahl.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del centro. El hotel está muy cuidado, desde la jardinería al mobiliario y la decoración. El desayuno es muy variado y con productos caseros.

Cons:

En dos de los 4 días que estuve alojada, el agua de la ducha no salía muy caliente. Se escuchan bastante los movimientos del resto de clientes alojados en el hotel.

Pros:

The staff is super friendly! The food in the restaurant is out of this world tasty (with a lovely chef). The gym provides and there is a sauna as well. We also had a great view from our room.

Cons:

Loved the Hotel. However we had a bit of hair in our bathroom, that wasnt ours...

Das Hotel ist super schön eingerichtet und alles sehr sauber. Das Personal ist super freundlich.
Das Essen war sehr sehr lecker und die jeden Morgen gab es selbstgemachte Kuchen.

Escolhemos este hotel pelas 4 estrelas e pela excelente pontuação no Booking mas infelizmente a experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas, sobretudo tendo em conta o preço de 220€/noite.
Logo no check-in tivemos uma má primeira impressão: mesmo estando frente a frente com uma pessoa da receção, fui obrigada a fazer o check-in através de um QR code e do meu telemóvel. Frio e impessoal e nada acolhedor, especialmente depois de uma viagem.
Chegámos depois das 15h e queríamos apenas descansar um pouco na piscina. Pedimos o menu e fomos informados que a cozinha estava fechada e que não podiam servir absolutamente nada, nem sequer um snack. A sugestão? Ir ao supermercado. Inaceitável para um hotel deste nível.
A localização é boa e o pequeno-almoço corresponde às expectativas. No entanto, o serviço praticamente não existe. A casa de banho do quarto estava visivelmente degradada, com espelho e azulejos danificados. A relva em volta da piscina também estava mal tratada, o que reforça a sensação geral de falta de cuidado.
Em resumo, este hotel não entrega a experiência que promete. O serviço está longe de ser o de um 4 estrelas, e o valor cobrado não se justifica. Não repetiria.
