Excellent séjour
Pros:

L'accueil est très bien. Personnel très sympa, à l'écoute et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité et les chambres climatisées sont un vrai plus surtout dans ces périodes de très fortes chaleurs. L'hôtel est situé pas loin du centre-ville, avec quelques commerces et restaurants à proximité.

Je ne crois que j'y reviendrais !!!
Pros:

L'emplacement calme, l'amabilité de l'hôtesse
Le professionnalisme du Monsieur qui a réglé le problème de notre entrée dans l'hôtel auquel nous ne pouvions accéder à 16h30.
Le petit déjeuner correct

Cons:

L'automate défaillant ! Lenteur d'accès aux informations- plantage du terminal de paiement impossibilité de valider notre réservation.
Et de surcroit après moult incidents, au retour du restaurant à 22h
Notre code d'accès et de chambre ne fonctionnait pas, impossibilité de rentrer ds l'hôtel et nous étions 2 dans le même cas ! Coincés dehors.
Personne ne répondait à nos appels reitérés !!!
heureusement un des résidents nous a permis l'accès à l'établissement
Par ailleurs les toilettes laissaient à désirer au niveau de l'abbatiale qui n'avait pas été nettoyé en dessous (poils...)
Je pense que tous ces problèmes mériteraient un geste commercial de votre part.
