Check in staff so slow. Long line up and everyone had to wait until 3pm sharp.
It felt very skimpy in every respect. No glass or cup in the room. You had to go to the front desk for a simple cup. Heated towel rack didn't work. Front desk not friendly. Breakfast was just ok.
We were on the Camono.15 hotel and this is my only negative review. Disappointed.

A central location with welcoming, helpful staff
Pros:

A very central setting, close the the cathedral. Friendly, helpful staff. We were assisted with luggage and a taxi was ordered for us to travel to the airport. We were able to check in to our room a little early.

Cons:

There was a kettle in the room but no tea, coffee or milk and no cups. There was no fridge in the room or complementary water.

This was our second stay at Praza Quintana & will highly recommend to others going to Santiago.

Location was close to cathedral & many restaurants- staff was very helpful-

Pros:

We love staying here with our groups! Right next to the entry to the Cathedral yet quiet at night. Super comfortable beds and elegant decor. The staff is the best!

Clean room. Location.

Cons:

The price! It is very, very basic. Way over priced for a basic hotel. The courtyard view from the room is horrible. Absolutely nothing to see. Curtains are best kept closed.

Muito boa e pretendo voltar.
Pros:

O café da manhã simples mais viável, o apartamento muito bom, em limpeza, enxoval e camas boas. E a localização perfeita, a poucos passos da Catedral de Santiago e serviços como bares e restaurantes.
