Check in laborious. One person. Guests lined up.
Room was beautiful but very small.

No bar. No place to get ice for the room. Breakfast adequate but not wonderful.

Pros:

The hotel is literally 20 Steps srom the cathedral and all the main attractions in Santiago the Compostela. Awesome hotel, view. Very accommodating staff helped us buy connecting bus tickets .

Nice location, but ...
Pros:

The location. The hotel is just next to the cathedral.

Cons:

There have been a number of nuisance.
1- no heating in the room. I had to repeatedly tell the staff to repair it before it was done
2 - i booked 5 rooms for me and my friends. the distribution of the rooms was without logic: to a single person was given a large room whereas to me and my wife was given a sort of telephone box

Location is the only good thing about this hotel

Cons:

Is not accessible by car and is not refererred by the hotel
The hotel has an agreement with a car parking but does not have car parking although stated in the facilities
The room was in the basement with windows at street level and they didn´t changed it claiming they were fully booked
The breakfast was the minimum of the bare minimums

Não tem haver hotel mas sim com as regras do município. Em resumo, derivado da localização (centro histórico) não é possível parar o carro para descarregar as malas nem estacionar junto do hotel.
