Fantástico hotel
Pros:

La cama muy cómoda. El baño con un gran tamaño. No se escuchaba nada la calle. Pese a estar en pleno centro histórico. Muy muy bien ubicado. Justo al lado de la catedral.

Disappointed somewhat ! with aspects of the experience for a not cheap hotel. Location is excellent.

This was my third time to stay here, we booked 2 rooms, and the hotel is dropping the high standard it set previously. A kettle was provided in the room, but no cups, glasses, or tea , coffee , sugar etc, ????? The female manager, when we arrived 20 mins before official check in time, was less than welcoming !, and heard to say to the new staff member being trained, after we had been recommended by her to go elsewhere, for a coffee and return after 3pm, while the 2 rooms were finished being cleaned " I don't like people hanging around in the lobby" ! ! ! . A Night club has opened since my last visit, in the narrow street outside, playing very loud music until after 3 am ! so best to request a room at the back of the hotel, where my friends could not hear this. We were there at a weekend.

Great hotel strategically located near the cathedral
Pros:

The location is perfect, althought the "cathedral view" they advertise is symbolic. You do see some back parts of the cathedral but this is not a "cathedral view".

Cons:

In general everything was OK. A note for those reaching Santiago by car: you must leave the car in the nearby underground parking "San Clemente" since the cathedral zone is strictly pedestrian. From there you must carry your luggage by hand.
