Great view very friendly workers.
Pros:

Was clean the room smelled the same as it did when we arrived after staying 4 days.

Cons:

The hot tub area could have had more ventilation. Other than that it was great. The pictures I shared are from our balcony

I loved the location, right on the beach and near so much

Cons:

Run down, had 2 GIANT roaches in our room but idk if it’s because we were in the bottom floor and the door is directly outside , it’s very run down but it gets the job done

My room was not cleaned properly and I called the office and let them know that it wasn’t cleaned for what we had to pay

It was close to shops and restaurants. It was steps away from the ocean.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned properly and I called the office and let them know that it wasn’t cleaned for what we had to pay it should have been a lot better. The person said I will report it to my boss and he will be in touch. I was there a whole 7 days with no call back at all.

Pros:

I love staying at Holiday Sands North it's a great hotel and always nice people there. It's a little out dated could use repairs. More king size beds as well. My room was fine but the bathroom door needs replacing and could use a lock as well. Other then that we love the pools and the location close to everything.

Cons:

The outdatedness of the room.

Pros:

i loved how close it was to the beach, downtown, and to the amusement park/fair. They were all in walking distances. The hotel room looked decently clean. Every day we were provided with new towels.

Cons:

The bed wasn't the best quality, the pillows were very flat. And the bed sheets provided were very thin. Unfortunately i didn't bring my blanket so i was very cold during the night time. There was an AC where it had the option for heat but when i turned it on, the fire alarm went off, so i had to turn it off. House keeping wasn't done at all.
