Erholsame Auszeit
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit einem modernen Spa Bereich. Sehr freundliches Personal und Sonderwünsche werden gern und flexibel umgesetzt. Wir waren als große Gruppe da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt, könnte mehr daraus gemacht werden

Es ist ein solides Hotel

Cons:

Das Frühstück wurde nicht gut wieder aufgefüllt obwohl wir immer lange vor dem Ende der Frühstückszeit waren. Waffen wurden am zweiten Tag einfach ohne Erklärung abgebaut.

Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen und benötigen hier und da Erneuerungen

Im Wellness Bereich wurden nicht genügend Becher für Getränke bereitgestellt und es gibt nicht genügend Ablageflächen

Der Schlüsselsafe funktionierte nicht, stattdessen wurden wir von einem schlecht gelaunten Mitarbeiter empfangen.

Die kleinen Details, die zeigen, dass das große und ganze authentisch ist: z.B. die Möglichkeit, sich bei einer Pause im Tagungsbereich ein Müsli zu machen oder dass die Deko beim Frühstück ein Lächeln auslöst.

Cons:

Nichts. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt, obwohl es "nur" eine Übernachtung im Rahmen eines Geschäftstermins war.
