Lovely, fresh decor
The staff they tried to be very accommodating
How small the rooms where it is a bit deceiving when you book from booking the pictures do not much the size and space of the rooms. I had to also change a room because I was given a wrong room and not the one that I booked. They tried to accommodate me but again it was not what I had. Also lack of windows that’s very bad ! It feels like you live in a Bunker which is not the best feeling. Definately not worth the price!
Perfect location for the US embassy (13 min walk), super comfy and clean room, very quiet, lovely full English breakfast buffet and friendly, communicative staff! Couldn't fault my stay. Obviously parking is annoying in the area but the hotel offered to reserve a space for £22 per day at the Hilton across the road. I'd reccomend reserving in advance as it worked out well for me.

The location is 10 min walk from metro station Vauxhall. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room has everything you need, we loved it. The best hotel in years. Very clean.
The room is a bit small and there is not a lot of space especially if you are with 2 people. You can hear the floor creak when people walk, since the building is old.

Room was in the basement a bit on the small side with no window but ok for 1 night
All in All was quite nice, staff were very helpful and accomodating
the mattress was quite hard and the room was cold, even though the air con was set to heat (22c) it didn't seem to warm the room. I didn't bring this up with the staff as I was only staying one night so its partly on me as i'm sure they would have offered a solution
