Location was good for us. Not too big. Very modern and clean. Friendly staff.
No USBs to charge phones in room
Very quiet, clean and perfect location.
The staff have been very friendly and helpful, particularly the manager Mariana and Rahul whom I saw regularly on the front desk. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they made my stay extremely easy.
The junior suite with only a window in the ceiling took some getting used to. It felt a bit subterranean. But the location and the excellence of the staff made up for it.

Someone came into my room at around 2am! Not sure why or how they got access.
Also, the room was clean on the surface, but looking closer, there was a lot of dust on the phone and even walls.
The staff were marvellous. Three different reception staff went over and above to be helpful and kind.
It was a little airless but lowering the temperature helped on arrival.

Location is great! Its a 20 min walk to Buckingham Palace and to the Big Ben.

I booked the room with no window and the ventilation was still very good and made the room quiet. I didn’t have the breakfasts as I was meeting with a local friend, but it looked very good and comprehensive. There were plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance and so was the underground

the fan of the bathroom did a lot of noise. I could hear the fan of the bathroom of the other room too. the room was pretty small.

Room is very small, i appreciate its a city hotel but we booked and executive double so i'd have expected more space. Other than that the room was clean and tidy with all youd expect.
Very small room with limited space to walk round the bed. Overlooked by properties so you needed to have curtains drawn in teh even to not be looked at.,
