Lovely little hotep
Pros:

Clean & fresh and the refurbishment means modern rooms.
Easy check in and parking
Very quiet hotel not to busy.

Hotel well situated but the premises are small, smelly and noisy. Breakfast was basic minimum and poor quality.

The room had no windows but a skydom, it as smelling humidity and very noisy because of machines installed on the roof of the ground floor
Breakfast was very poor.
We were offered another room in replacement of the suite but the rooms and devs are very small so we declined.

No staff to let me in when arrived and had to stand in rain. Room had loud buzzing so changed room. New room the card holder fell off wall and lights/power turned off.

Noisy. Very noisy.
Cons:

The room was very noisy and it was difficult to sleep. Mysterious drilling, whining noises that the staff themselves could not explain and then the flushing of the toilets throughout the night - I think toilet for the concierge / staff is located among the guest rooms and obviously I don't wish for them not to have use of the facilities but being subjected to intensely noisy plumbing every two hours throughout the night is not condusive to any kind of rest.

Excellent Hotel!!!!
Pros:

The hotel was exceptional!
The room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfy.
The staff were courteous and friendly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel as such good value for London.

The room was much smaller than expected . hardy any space on the side between the wall and bed and only two feet between end of bed and desk.
