mal servicio de booking mas que del hotel
Cons:

Tuve un tema con una reserva duplicada y hasta ahora no se si esta solucionado, de parte de booking recibi respuestas contradictorias y no se si esta solucionado, del hotel tampoco me responden

Excelente ubicación y hotel comodo.

Ubicacion

Cons:

Que llegan buses de personas que no son huéspedes a usar el área de piscina. Seguramente pagando una tarifa por el dia. Eso hace que lo piense nuevamente y baja el nivel del hotel y de la experiencia.
Esto lo hemos visto ya en nuestras tres últimas estadías.

The restaurante can be a bit better. The design of the place can do better. I love art and design…printed art is not the best to upgrade a place.

bien pero se puede mejorar

la habitacion es comoda, el desayuno estuvo bien.

Cons:

el transfer desde el aeropuerto estaba lleno tuvimos que buscar un taxi lo cual fue complicado, al llegar nos toco esperar muchisimo para el check in porque habia una sola persona y sabian que llegabamos varios porque el transfer estaba lleno. Por el evento del fin de semana el hotel estaba lleno y en el desayuno cada rato se terminaban las cosas, creo que si podian estar mejor preparados sabiendo que habria mucha gente.

Bueno pero hay aspectos por mejorar.
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación.

Cons:

Que hicieron una fiesta hasta las 2 am y no dejaron dormir... y luego a las 4 am empezaron a martillar desmontando los andamios de la fiesta.... esa noche no durmió nadie en el hotel....

Buen hospedaje escoge muy bien la habitación

La comida sabe muy bien y es variada

Cons:

Las habitaciones que están ubicadas en la parte de atrás y dan a la calle no tienen Isonorizacion por lo que toda la bulla de la calle se escucha sumamente fuerte

El desayuno, la piscina, el área de juegos y el trato del personal

Cons:

No había acceso directo a la playa pese a que en la información del hotel decía que estaba en la primera línea de playa
