Reserve este hotel porque en la publicidad decía que tiene salida directa al mar, vy las habitaciones vista al mar. Es mentira, no tienen ninguna de las dos y las habitaciones se escucha toso el ruido de fuera del hotel. Pésima relación con el costo. El baño tenía huecos en la pared y la ducha estaba sicuia

- La atención
- La vista más bonita lo tapa un edificio en construcción
- Las duchas tienen sarro
- Los vidrios del comedor están sucios y no permite disfrutar de la vista
- La llave digital es un problema por el asensor y el ingreso a la habitación, ya que si alguien quiere ir independiente a algún lugar debe llevarse la llave, mientras que el resto no puede hacer más cosas porque también necesita la llave.
- La atención en recepción no se ponen de acuerdo entre los diferentes turnos debido a que dan indicaciones diferentes.
- La atención en recepción no es cordial relacionado a la forma o el tono en decir las cosas a excepción de una señorita que siempre fue amable, felicitaciones a ella.
- la mala atención fue específicamente en el check out que nos indicaron que esperáramos y tomó mucho tiempo hasta que nosotros mismo preguntamos si había algún problema y obviamente se olvidaron de comunicarnos que todo estaba bien y que podíamos salir.

Excelente el desayuno con variedad de productos y buena la ubicación del hotel en una zona segura.

Cons:

En general se nota descuidado el hotel en muchos detalles. Pero lo peor es que organizan eventos en el área de los salones sociales con música a todo volumen y no se puede dormir ya que el ruido es molesto. Eso nos pasó una noche además dejaron prendido un parlante por el área de la piscina e igual no podíamos dormir.
