Cons:

It was the worst experience; my parents were kidnapped by hotel staff. They were held incommunicado and locked in a room under threat, while the kidnapper contacted the family to demand a monetary ransom in exchange for their release, threatening to extort me because I had made the reservation from the USA. After the ransom was paid, my parents were rescued by the police eight hours later and kept under protection until a family member arrived to pick them up. This is inconceivable—the worst experience for my entire family!

Pros:

The room we got for 5 people was very large and was perfect to accommodate 2 families. AC and WiFi worked fine. Private parking available.

Cons:

The facilities had and old and poorly maintained feeling. The AC leaked water inside the room and some of our belongings were wet in the morning. There was a lot of dust in the furniture and curtains. The hotel is next to the main bus station so it was noisy.
