Me preguntaron el horario de llegada y dije que a las 2 pm y me dijeron que sin problema podía ingresar. Cuando llegue justo a las 2 un chico me dijo que no era posible, así que espere en la sala durante una hora. Yo sabía que la hora de ingreso era a las 3. La próxima vez no deberían de ofrecer que podía llegar más temprano, si no van a cumplir.

UNA ESTANCIA CÓMODA, AGRADABLE Y SEGURA.
Pros:

Me gusta la ubicación, la amabilidad de todo el personal. El baño es pequeño pero cuenta con lo necesario y es suficiente. No tuve más días para disfrutar pero definitivamente volvería porque el personal hace la diferencia y eso se valora.
La persona que nos atendió el día de llegada en recepción fue muy amable, agradezco el apoyo recibido y todas sus atenciones.

Cons:

Podría mejorar el restaurante con respecto a los alimentos, siento que le falta un poco más de sabor, probé el desayuno pero esperaba que fuera un poco más casero, con más sabor en los alimentos, pedí unas picadas con cecina y sentí que las picadas (específicamente la masa y la salsa) no contaban con los ingredientes tradicionales de la ciudad.
Otro detalle era la señal de cable, los canales no se veían claros. hace falta mejorar en ese sentido. La pantalla no contaba con otras opciones, solo con algunos canales de cable.

Excelente estancia
Pros:

La ubicacion , la atencion del personal asi como el agua de la regadera es decir el flujo y la temperatura las instlaciones limpias y con manteniemiento a pesar de q ya es un hotel con sus años andado.

Cons:

La comida del restaurante no es mala pero tampoco me encanto, el servicio del restaurante un poco distraido pero se ve que le hechan ganas.
