Pros:

予約したけど、予約は認められなかった。店長「HOTELSで予約の人は少なくて、確認しませんでした。また、ツインはもうあります。良かったらダブルあります。」予約した後、電話で確認した方がいい。清潔なホテルです。

Not the right place at all.
Pros:

Hotels.com has the wrong address. When I went to the address, which was also a hotel named Nostalgia Hotel I was told the place doesn't accept foreign nationals, you must be a Chinese citizen. I had to make other accommodations myself and was going to solve this with Hotels.com when I had WIFI. When I later chanced upon the other Nostalgia Hotel while walking a few miles away, I immediately informed Hotels.com they had the wrong address. I spent $68 on this hotel and they decided to issue me a $60 credit. Does that look right to you? Why not go all the way and credit me my total cost not only because 1) I was inconvenienced 2) I helped them solve an issue that will surely affect other customers in the future. Their Silver Rewards email line refused to do any more than $60 - I have a feeling it's because they're canned responses from a call center in India where the top limit they're authorized to give is $60.
