Pros:

Location is great - right on the action. I Had a problem and massaged to owner and he came and assisted, very friendly gave me tips where to go. Room size was OK, hot water. Fine for 1 night with light weight luggage.

Cons:

At night staff wasn't there so needed to wait for checl in but i made reservation only 1 hour prior so its maybe on me. No elevator with narrow staircase and passageway with no assistance so i wouldnt reccomand come with big luggage, leakage from sink in bathroom (but had 2 sinks), no hand towels, no soaps, hard bed. Air-condition made noise. Noise from surroundings night clubs but no so strong.. very hot balcony - looks like a storage room and not balcony.

Exactly what I was looking for
Pros:

No Breakfast available but very good coffee

Cons:

Some things need urgent repair but for me no problem. Location...very easy to receive guests. Very friendly staff

Got exactly what I cam for. And thanks to Pace it all was very easy
Pros:

If you want to be in the middle of the action and bring back company without any hassle go there. Staff very friendly and helpful. But until 3 o clock it can be loud.. but that is to be expected from this Soi

Cons:

Some things in the room are in need of repair but for me.. I could accept it.
