お食事◎、スタッフも◎、また泊まりたいです
Pros:

何よりオールインクルーシブなのでお得感がありますが、とにかくお食事が美味しくて、地元の食材にこだわっているのも良かったです。ウェルカムスイーツのカヌレも美味しかったです。
また、スタッフの皆さんがとても感じ良かったです。
お正月の訪問だったのですが、お餅つきのイベントがあり、つきたてのお餅もいただいたり、朝食にもお雑煮が出て、お正月気分も味わえてゆったり過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons:

ラウンジの食器の補充のタイミングが悪かったのか、深めの食器がなく柿の種をお皿で受けたら飛び散りました…

アメニティが部屋に無いのを事前に知らなかったのと館内説明がQRコードだったので読み落としがあり不便がありました
他、山の紅葉と姫路の街が絶景でラウンジでかなり寛げました

友達と泊まりましたが、スタッフの対応もとても気持ち良く大浴場も貸切状態で凄く良かったです。
部屋も広くとても綺麗でした！
ホテル自体そんなに大きくないので部屋から大浴場までの移動やレストランの移動などわかりやすくて凄く良かったです！

お料理がとても美味しかったです。
食事に合わせておすすめのお酒を提供してもらえたので、よかったと思います。景色も良かったです。スタッフの対応もとても良かったです。

Cons:

部屋にもシャワーがあると良かったなと思います。
SDGsのためにアメニティを準備していないとのことでしたが、やはり不便でした…

Convenient transfer from the station. Amazing view. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Free snacks and drinks at the lobby.

Cons:

True Japanese experience may not fit an average tourist. Sharing bath is not a classic shower but a Japanese-style room with stools and pool with hot water. So it's more like a public bathhouse. Food is also far from American or European cousin and this goes to both dinner and breakfast. Also the Wi-Fi isn't that fast in every area of the hotel. Works fine in the room tho.
