フロントから、コンシェルジュカウンター、車寄せ、お掃除のスタッフまで、みんな素敵でした。
コンシェルジュの男性に地元のおすすめ情報をたくさん教えて頂いた。
すぐ隣にショッピングモールがあり、現地のグルメを気軽に食べることもできる。全体的に便利な宿です。

The very best of Lanzhou
Pros:

This was a wonderful place to stay -- the very best in Lanzhou. The hotel was so beautiful and clean. The staff and especially the manager were so thoughtful throughout my stay. And, I absolutely loved listening to the Chinese traditional music played in the lobby.

地點非常方便旁邊有萬達廣場，可以逛街也有許多餐廳美食可以選擇！走路散步即可到達附近公園及著名的觀光景點像是黃河大橋、中山鐡橋、水車博物館等等

Unfortunately althought we asked a non smoking room at the time of booking. They gave us a smoking room
The restaurant was closed because privatised So they advised to go to the second restaurant where we couldn t eat as they closed it at 9 pm. We had to ho outside. Not admissible !

Lovely hotel highly recommended
Pros:

This is a lovely hotel and much better than the others in Lanzhou. The rooms and facilities are excellent and it is in a great location opposite to a really nice park and a short walk from the river tourist sites. Also well served by an adjacent shopping mall and several restaurants were a westerner can actually order nice food which is rare in this city.

Just let me control the room temperature!
Pros:

The room was too hot. I could not control the temperature from my room and so I slept badly and found it uncomfortable. Otherwise, the stay was nice and the staff were super friendly.
