Ça aurait pu être bien si la Clim n’était pas réglée au minimum et si la salle de bain était un peu plus « regardée »
Pros:

Bien placé. Juste à bonne distance de l’agitation. Le dortoir est plutôt bien fait

Cons:

1 : La Clim a une température abusivement froide!
2 : La salle de bain dégoûtante.

Pros:

The Accomodation itself was nice, i stayed in the female dorm the lockers were big and the bathroom in the room was nice

Cons:

Be careful i had so many Bedbugs in my bed!!!! Never in my life i experienced this somewhere. First i thought the mosquitos just got me really bad but i woke up the second night to maybe 5-10 bedbugs biting me and running into the corner, up the curtain it was horrible!!!

Fix the mold problem and it’ll be worth the money.
Pros:

Room had good AC and the receptionist was really nice.

Cons:

They definitely have a mold problem. Room and downstairs bathroom smell of mold, like badly. Literally had to sleep with a shirt over my face to reduce the horrific smell. Bathroom also had roaches and flies. I’ve never written a review for any place I’ve stayed, but I felt compelled to after staying here. (26/02/2026)

Хорошее местоположение, большие номера , чистые полотенца

Cons:

Вода в номере плохо уходила, сами номера уже старые и пошарпанные, на лестнице так вообще все стены пошарпанные, мебель старая , персонал спит прямо на полу ночью при входе

Not good not bad
Pros:

Good location close to the old town. Room was spacious. Not too much noise considering the location.

Cons:

We had to wait at the reception for 20-25 minutes for check-in which was a bit odd since there were staff running around assembling decorations but apparently no one was working at the front desk (3pm). Riverside room was a bit dirty, mainly I mean a dirty sofa and odd color in towels. We could not use the ventilation in bathroom because once you put it on there was this super funky moldy smell coming from it. Otherwise quite ok.

Pros:

We needed a last minute accomodation and the room was cheap.

Cons:

Our room was dirty, the floor didn't seem to have been brushed and there was dirt on the walls, ceiling and curtains. The room also smelt of mold which was only made worse when the a/c was turned on. Thankfully we were only staying for 1 night.

Strengthen the Staff.
Pros:

Staff.Give me a bed in low position.
Conform.In the city.

Cons:

Mosquitos everywhere In Hoi an the night.
Canal in front and street really noisy the.day.
Bathroom dirty after backpackers check in.
No more shower for so much people.
After typhoons,hotel was destroyed and this problem is seasonal and too expensive I think for compare with Havilland hotels group. Vu imo

Perfect value for money!
