Love the design and overall vibe , rooms very comfortable

My stay was excellent from start to finish.
Check-in. Online and seamless. You get to pick your pillow (a really nice touch and set the tone for the entire stay).
Staff. Super low-key, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to Nafis and Erel and the entire staff. There is a very intimate and genuine vibe. I felt seen and not just one of hundreds or thousands of guests.
Lobby. Welcoming and low-key without feeling pretentious. Just the right size for hotel guests and their guests to mingle while figuring out plans for the day or grabbing a drink.
Room. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were hands-down the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on in any hotel. Shout-out to the design team. Every aspect of the room from the sliding window shades to the lighting and placement of the dimmers and even the hand soap dispenser was clearly carefully considered. There was no wasted space. The room felt both spacious and comfortable without being excessive or overdesigned. I think the only miss was a little extra space near the sink for toiletries.
Amenities. Had everything I needed. Minor detail but I appreciated that they had still AND sparkling water in the room.
Cleanliness. I am a true neat freak and immediately notice things that my family and friends do not. The room was spotless. It also FELT spotless, which I think is harder to achieve. I was pretty impressed.
Location. Fantastic location, especially if you want to get away from the museum crowds. Lots of places to eat without feeling like you're in a tourist trap. Northern line a few minutes away.
Noise. My first room was too close to the lobby so voices carried. Nafis quickly and graciously moved me to a new room, which was pin-drop quiet. (disclaimer: I am on the sensitive side and notice sounds and odors more than anyone I know.)
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and really enjoyed my stay. I need to stay in London at least twice a year and this is the third hotel I've stayed at (Rosewood and Kimpton) and by far my favorite. I'm looking forward to going back.

Great ambience, interior design, friendly staff and the food was amazing as well. The suite with balcony was fantastic! It really felt like home.
Perfect hotel! Located in a great, central, and quiet area. Every little detail is so well thought out - from the heated bathroom floors to the fresh cream in the fridge for coffee/tea to the gym and yoga studios to the nightly pillows. I don't always sleep well at hotels, but this room was so quiet, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I actually wished I had spent more time just hanging at the hotel instead of exploring! I felt so taken care of at this hotel and everyone was so kind, warm, and helpful. I will absolutely stay here every time I'm in London!

Recently stayed for my partners birthday. The staff were warm and inviting and made us feel welcome every time we walked through the door. The hotel has a great decor, it felt modern, with warm tones and wood throughout. The staff made an effort to ask us for any feedback on departure which made us feel like valued guests. We had the pleasure of meeting with Erei, Natis, Meddi & Leisi during our stay all of which were a pleasure. Definitely will be staying again next time we’re in London
I booked this suite for my wedding and the staff were amazing from start to finish ! I called ahead of time and they advised me to get a larger sized room so my bridesmaids could come get ready with me, which was absolutely the right call. They were very accommodating to the coming and going of the make up artists and wedding guests and made the whole day fun and stress free.
They were so sweet and even took Polaroids of us to commemorate the moment.
I felt so taken care of and the room and the view were beautiful!
I wish I'd had more time to check out the steam room !
