Solicitei um travesseiro extra, pois tenho dor nas costas. Fui informada que como a reserva era pelo Booking teria que pagar taxa! Achei um absurdo nunca fui tratada de forma de diferente, usar a plataforma sempre foi vantajoso neste hotel não! quando se faz a reserva pela plataforma, temos q pagar taxa por um simples travesseiro.

Gostei bastante da localização. É um hotel antigo mas que se preocupa com a manutenção. O café da manhã é simples mas tem o básico e oferece também opções feitas na hora como omelete, tapioca, cuscuz e ovos. Os funcionários são simpáticos e solícitos. A limpeza é boa e o chuveiro também. A decoração do quarto poderia ser melhor, mas isso é o de menos!
