Categories

Cleanliness
8.45
Mostly reported as very clean across multiple reviews, but there is at least one severe negative report describing odor and dirty bathroom/drainage issues, so overall slightly below top-tier.
Service
9.3
Staff repeatedly described as extremely friendly, helpful and super nice (friendly front desk), which supports a strong service score.
Location
9.3
Frequently cited as convenient: close to the interstate, near everything, and close to the River Walk — consistently praised in reviews.
Room Quality
8.95
Beds are repeatedly called very comfortable and rooms described as nice; a few issues noted (hard pillows for one guest, one report of bathroom drainage), so overall high but not perfect.
Amenities
9
Amenities like fitness center, swimming pool, complimentary breakfast items (cinnamon rolls) and happy hour were mentioned positively, supporting a strong amenities rating.
Value for Money
7.85
Several guests commented the price felt a bit high or too expensive for a budget hotel, so value is notably weaker than other categories.
Food and Beverage
9.05
Breakfast is frequently praised (good/free breakfast, cinnamon rolls, happy hour); some minor complaints about limited condiments but overall positive.
Overall Experience
9.3
Majority of reviews describe a great stay and willingness to return; one strongly negative experience lowers this slightly but overall stays are very positive.
