A hidden gem in nature
Pros:

We are just back from 4 nights at ne5t. It was amazing !!!! Everything adds up. The hospitality of the staff makes you feel very welcome. The breakfast with top quality products all from the area is perfect. The room gives you an amazing hug when you open the door and come back from a walk or a visit to the city.

The dining experience in the room was super. Very nice dishes, adapted wines and presented very professionally by the team.

In the area it is lovely to walk, you can enjoy amazing views and you feel that you are in a safe area also to park your car.

We did not try the welness yet cause we enjoyed long walks in nature those days. The room was always very welcoming warm when you came back at the end of the day. Coffee and tea were available to catch after a nice shower.

In a couple of words 'It's a hidden gem in nature with an amazing staff where you feel welcome'. We will definitely go back and then try the welness.

Nice enough but limited. Care re food allergies required - staff unaware of how to deal
Pros:

Nice enough hotel. Large room, very comfortable. Staff tried to please.
Not an ideal position for Namur, nothing much around the hotel other than houses.

Cons:

Staff did not deal with my allergies and served food that I could not eat.
Not all hotel grounds open. Breakfast was ok, but needed more choice

Luxe, ontspannende sfeer, top locatie en supervriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Alles beviel ons enorm. Het avondeten was ook super lekker geleverd in onze suite. Iets wat we niet gewoon zijn, viel heel goed mee!
Het ontbijt ontstekend lekker en vers. Het domein beviel ons enorm, boven onze verwachtingen.

Cons:

Iets slechte wifi in de accomodatie (in Cosy luxe suite) vooral wanneer je mails nog moet beantwoorden of info opzoeken

Perfekt zum Abschalten und Entspannen!
Pros:

Über Namur in einem exclusiveness Wohnviertel gelegenes Refugium mit nahezu allem Komfort, den man sich denken kann. Sehr liebevolles Personal, extrem gute Küche! Individuell gestaltete Zimmer mit viel Platz!

The very special experience
Pros:

It was the most extraordinary hotel I have ever seen. Not only was our suite large, it was also beautifully furnished, with lots of little original details. A dream come true!
The evening meal by the pool was delicious, and the breakfast was very balanced and tasty. Excellent coffee!

Unwelcoming receptionist
Pros:

Lovely place but our visit sadly marred by the unwelcoming receptionist, who was dismissive and unhelpful from the start. Her emails ignored our questions, then on arrival we were treated as an inconvenience; no smile, no warmth, no help with the bags. We had planned to eat at the hotel but in view of her attitude opted to go out.
If you're going to work in hospitality, at least be hospitable!
