Would not stay there again too noisy too hot.
Pros:

Breakfast had plenty of choice and was good. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

No air conditioning in the room just a fan so needed the window open. Window opened only a tiny amount so it was like an oven in the room. The noise from the surrounding area drunks yelling and music went on into the early hours and youths were screaming and yelling again at 7 Sunday morning. No kettle or drinks facility in the room had to go downstairs every time for a drink which is not great in a heatwave having to get fully dressed every time you wanted a cuppa. I struggled getting in and out of the bath it was quite awkward.

Cons:

No AC in rooms had to get 3 fans as was very hot, breakfast could have more variety, no vegan options. No one would answer the phone on reception in the evening. When I had to go go downstair to them, there were 2 people sitting at the desk. I rang several times. Was just surprised.

Clean comfy and great location.

Definitely would be nice if the AC was working but hopefully this is on the list for future works.

Breakfast was top notch no complaints.

Cons:

I worked a night shift and returned to my room boiling hot at 5am despite radiators being turned off. Security advised me to speak to staff when in at 7am.
Very uncomfortable sleep for a few hours despite having 2 fans.

Couldn't fault staff she got a new room sorted within the hour for me. Around 9:15am Sunday 28th if you wish to thank the staff member on reception again for me

Cons:

Pokoje czasy świetności mają za sobą, chociaż są czyste. Największą wadą hotelu jest lokalizacja-samo centrum Luton. Zatrzymałyśmy się tam na jedną noc ze względu na dobrą komunikację z lotniskiem, ale nie czułyśmy się bezpiecznie. Na pobliskim skwerku przez całą noc wrzeszczały bandy młodocianych, pojawiali się narkomani.

Disappointing
Pros:

Location and allowed early check-in

Cons:

TV didn’t work and when complaint to reception was told that nothing could be done about it as there is not maintenance guy is onsite . It was boxed single bed room. Had a Work table but couldn’t fit a chair. No room to walk around.
