Not the cleanliness. No towels, I called the front desk and I was asked to come pick them up. Charged my card, prior to me checking in.

The hot water did not work when I checked in and didn't work the next morning. I had to take a ICE COLD SHOWER!
Room 103 was musty and smelled. Everything felt damp, including the carpet and bedding. The door handles, fixtures, and desk area had a film of dampness. We got to our room around midnight (too late to switch rooms) and left at 8:00AM. We told the front desk person that it was extremely musty, humid and damp in the room, and she apologized and said she woukd have maintenance look at it.

Spacious, clean room. Convenient to casinos. Breakfast not included, but free coffee. Had problems with credit card charges at check in, credit card was double charged.
First I was put in 407 full of aunts then was move to 408 wet carpet staff on duty very rude still haven’t got my 50$ deposit back my bank return on same day when a weekday
Staff on duty around 11pm and manager no deposit back kept tryna run my card after got deposit was answering Mmhuh did nothing to these ppl off approach was rude

The location to the casinos
The room was nicely equipped but had a strange odor and was very damp and humid making it very uncomfortable. And yes, we ran the AC to try and lower the dampness, but it did not help. And yes, I do understand humidity as I live in Houston and experience it daily.

My experience was AWFUL!!
Issues with tv and unable to watch tv. The toilet did not work. Notified front desk clerk Karin, and no resolution given to correct the problems. I felt I had to be the tv technician and plumber on my vacation while paying for an unacceptable room. No other rooms available, so I moved to another hotel across the street. The manager is refusing to refund my hard earned money! Stating Booking has to refund my money, which is untrue. My bank confirmed Candlewood Suites facilitated payment withdrawal from my bank account. Booking is assisting me with attempts to get my refund. Charging guest for services not rendered is stealing!
The room was very comfortable and clean. We loved the location and close proximity to the casinos. Remarkable that as close as it was to the interstate you could not hear the traffic at all which was really nice.
The view of our room faced the construction site which I know there isn't anything you can do about it. There was loud banging noises until late in the evening, but again that is part of progress. In time that will be better.
The bed was comfortable
The room absolutely wasn't cleaned. We found dirty clothes from the previous people in the room. There was also cops there for hours over some incident.
No breakfast served. Bottled water is $3 each, none included.
