Einzigartig und sehr entspannend!
Pros:

Perfekte Lage um Barcelona zu erkunden, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Ein tolles Hotel, Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß erkundet werden oder einfach Bus oder U-Bahn um die Ecke benutzen. Frühstück bis 12:00 ist ein Traum und hervorragende Auswahl. Wir kommen wieder! Einziger Tipp: Pool und Zugang zum 6. Stock statt von 10:00-20:00 auf 08:00-22:00 zu erweitern (in den Sommer Monaten)

Central and very comfortable sleep and amazing breakfast with beautiful amazing people.
Pros:

Amazing location in BCN! Amazing and attentive staff. The most comfortable sleep and cool & quiet AC. Reception upgraded us ! Thank you so much !!!!

Cons:

Nothing they can change the pool size.Bit won’t put me off from staying in the hotel again.

Excellent location, but the poor housekeeping and disappointing handling of our complaint overshadowed what should have
Pros:

The hotel’s location was excellent and within walking distance of Barcelona’s main attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room itself was modern and well presented on arrival, and this was one of the main reasons I chose the hotel.

Cons:

Housekeeping failed to service my room despite a direct request, only attempting to do so as we were leaving for the evening. This created an uncomfortable situation for my wife, the air conditioning was ineffective in very hot weather, and the hotel’s response to my complaint fell well below expectations.

Barca is expensive for hotels.. this is a mid priced hotel..
Pros:

Clean, easy location to walk to all the important areas. Felt like a safe environment in the area surrounding the hotel.

Cons:

The room was SMALL!!!

Comfortable stay with a great breakfast buffet
Pros:

We loved the modern and comfortable hotel room with our balcony. We especially loved the comfortable and large bed in combination with the blackout curtains. The location in Eixample was great as we were only a few minutes away from the Gothic Quarter while still having the modern amenities and vibe of the modern and swanky side of Barcelona. We especially loved the buffet breakfast, and loved the coffee, potato omelettes, and salad bar. Would highly recommend people have this breakfast at the hotel in case they have like to start their mornings early.

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn't as powerful as we liked it to be. Despite setting it to 19C and max fan power, we found the room did not get cold enough compared to other hotel rooms that we stayed at. Additionally, the shower temperature control was not consistent and it was occassionally frustrating to have a long shower given that lack of consistent temperature. Additionally, room service times were inconsistent and we occasionally found our rooms not tidied up despite coming back to our room at 2:30-3:00pm after our morning activities.
