I would stay again, as the hiccups weren’t permanent circumstances.
Pros:

Great location, walking distance from great restaurants, bars, etc .. Breakfast selection was excellent .. Staff was attentive and friendly.

Cons:

On the first night of our stay my parents room was set to heat and unfortunately it wasn’t discovered until the next day. On the last night our room a/c wouldn’t stay on, a fan was brought to our room as as the hotel was fully occupied however we have 3 people in our room located in two different places so one fan was challenging to keep us all comfortable.

Perfect for a 3 night stay in Barcelona
Pros:

Really friendly staff, great location, lovely pool area and nice breakfast. Room upgraded for our anniversary which was a really nice touch.

Perfect! Ik mis het personeel nu al, ik zal zeker terugkomen
Pros:

Het personeel, de ligging. Het personeel heeft ons zoveel geholpen en heeft het ons zo comfortabel gemaakt. Dit kon niet beter. Ik ben nog nooit zo goed ontvangen.

Excellent location, clean and modern
Pros:

Very good location, loved the speaker system in the room and bathroom. Hotel and rooms were clean, modern, and more spacious than expected, especially for a city centre hotel.

Cons:

Only issue we experienced was being woken up by the fire alarm going off at 3.20am (false alarm - however this may have been another guest setting this off and so not necessarily the fault of the hotel).

Moved my booking on the day of arrival
Pros:

I didnt get to stay here so cannot comment.

Cons:

I booked his hotel for one night as I had a birthday dinner booked with a very large group of friends very near to the hotel so I was happy to pay a premium for the location. Unfortunately on my day of arrival I recieved a message from the hotel saying they had moved me elsewhere. I was unable to cancel and so paid the same premium for a hotel in the wrong location. I dont think its acceptable to move someone on the day of their arrival when they are past the point they can cancel the booking. I assume they overbooked. Book this hotel with caution as you may be moved elsewhere.

Pros:

Het bed was prima, mooie badkamer!

Cons:

De airco deed het matig, je kon hem niet harder zetten, dit gemeld maar er is niets mee gedaan. Het ontbijt is ook karig.
