Pros:

Luis was excellent. 2 minutes walk to playa la ropa. Very quiet.

My travel planning usually pays off, but Bungalow's in the Zihuataneo/Ixtapa area was a HUGE exception.

As a Google Local Guide, I know to verify a hotel room or short-term rental in person before payment. What I found?

A disgusting, moldy room, nothing like the online photos. The kitchen was unsanitary. Then came the cancellation nightmare – hours of calls, transfers, and zero resolution.

I've posted photos and videos on their Google Maps profile. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. And seriously, think twice before using the booking platform.

EN MI ESATDIA EN EL HOTEL TUVE UN CONTRATIEMPO CON UN INDIVIDUO QUE SEGUN EL ERA EL ENCARGADO DEL HOTEL, EL CUAL SE COMPORTO DE MANERA GROSERA Y PREPOTENTE NEGANDO EL ACCESO A MIS FAMILIARES INDICANDO QUE NO SE PUEDEN RECIBIR VISITAS NI PUEDEN HACER USO DE LAS INTALACIONES A LO QUE LE COMENTE QUE UNICAMENTE ME ESPERARIAN EN LO QUE UN SERVIDOR SE ALISTABA PARA SALIR, LA ACTITUD Y EL TRATO DE LA PERSONA FUE GROSERA EN TODO MOMENTO. LE MENCIONE VARIAS VECES QUE NO HARIA USO DE LAS INSTALACIONES ALBERCA, REGADERAS, ETC.

OTRA DE LAS COSAS ES QUE CONSTANTEMENTE INGRESABAN A MI HABITACION MIENTRAS YO NO ESTABA, DESCONOZCO EL FIN PERO ME DIO MUY MALA IMPRESION YA QUE NO SOLO ERA PARA LA LIMPIEZA YA QUE LO HACIAN MA SDE UNA VEZ AL DIA LO CUAL ME PERCATE PORQUE QUITABAN UN MOSQUITERO DEL VENTANAL PARA TENER ACCESO.
