Everything was deluxe.

It feels like home staying here.
Stayed here on Friday & Saturday night. We had to move rooms on the Saturday as the 2 bedroom was not available on the Friday.
Upon checking into our room, my son discovered what appeared to be empty drug bags left behind by a previous occupant. I then inspected the room thoroughly and found a second bag!
This is completely unacceptable and raises significant concerns about the cleaning, inspection, and safety standards of the hotel.
The fact that these items were present in a room that had supposedly been cleaned and prepared for new guests demonstrates a clear failure in housekeeping and room inspection procedures. More importantly, this created a potentially dangerous situation. Had the bags contained residual substances, or had a younger child handled or ingested them, the consequences could have been severe.
As a hotel, you owe your guests a duty of care to provide accommodation that is safe, clean, and free from hazards. My family should not have been exposed to evidence of illicit drug use, nor should my child have been placed in a position where he was the one to discover these items.
This incident has significantly impacted our confidence in the safety and cleanliness of your property and has detracted from our stay.
I will be taking further legal action and submitting a police report.

The General Manager, Hernanda (i think thats her name) laughed at me when I raised these concerns with her. She said nothing serious happened so to move on.
The team here at One Global Parramatta were more than accommodating 😁 and very friendly. we booked an extra night for Monday to add to our original booking and they organised it so we didn’t have to move rooms. Highly recommended!!
