Pros:

The staff were excellent with their customer service. The room was clean and tidy. The check-in and check-out were fast and efficient.

Cons:

The heated pool wasn't very clean and was slightly odorous. We were not able to use the TV in the lounge and had to resort to using the TV in the room for entertainment.

Unhelpful & rude staff member at reception. Unable to check in until 30mins after advertised check in time, this was even after requesting an early check in a week prior.
