Excellent choice in Yangon
Pros:

The hotel is excellent in pretty much everything. It looks safe, the room was clean and spacious with a view to the beautiful lake, breakfast has good selection, the staff is very helpful and service oriented.
The pool in the garden is located next to the lake - the best place to hang out.

Cons:

It is a bit more costly than I would expect.

All in all, it was a relaxing and enjoyable trip — a truly great experience.
Pros:

Breakfast at Lotte Hotel in Yangon was absolutely superb — it truly felt like a five-star experience. I must say, my favourite part of the hotel.

Cons:

What I didn’t particularly like was that a few staff members seemed to treat certain guests differently. It felt as though some visitors were given more attention or warmer service than others, which left an impression of inconsistency in hospitality.

Good stay for family
Pros:

Mattress very comfortable and had good sleep. Buffet dinner and breakfast very good with quite a variety. Easy to get a taxi.

Cons:

Cleanliness of room furniture can be improved. We saw some stains on the chair. Also peeling leather due to wear and tear

Pros:

Инфраструктура отеля хорошая. Месторасположение удобное. Еда вкусная и качественная. Интересные тематические ужины за доп. плату.

Cons:

1)Слабая организация трансфера. Начиная от договоренностей, заканчивая тем что 15 минут искали водителя тратя время и деньги и нервы. Несколько дней не могли разобраться в причинах и в итоге сказали что мы виноваты так как вышли из вип выхода, а не из общего. Хотя вышли с общего выхода. 2)Паук в номере. 3) Ланч бокс собранный нам в дорогу абсолютно не соответствует уровню отеля.

Visit to Tom Lim Restaurant
Pros:

The Tom Lim restaurant was excellent and very good one in Yangon city. The service waiter( Mr. Nay Lin Aung) was served with very warmly and hospitality. The receipe was very delicious and recommended that Western, Myanmar, Korean and Chinese cuisines. We love it❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💕💕💕😍😍😍.

Pros:

Attentive service by Ma Thazin, great at recommending dishes + drinks, lovely atmosphere and great for date night or drinks. Dishes are delicious and good portion for the price.
