Savoy Hotel Boracay near Newcoast Beach

I like how we were accommodated on our first ever stay at Savoy and on our several requests. Sir Bryan was so kind enough in touring our whole family, and the possible event venues. Savoy is a good place if you need little privacy and a breather. The staff service was also commendable. I love our overall stay, and will definitely go back in Savoy!

Our stay at Savoy Hotel was once again truly wonderful, making our time in Boracay extra special. We’ve been staying here since 2023, and coming back every Christmas til New Year has become a tradition we genuinely look forward to. The hotel is always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff continue to be consistently kind, attentive, and welcoming.

A special thank you to Ms. Audie, the manager, who has been incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us and made sure everything went smoothly. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care really stood out and made us feel at home.

Thank you to the entire Savoy Hotel team for making every Christmas and New Year’s Eve stay memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again.

We arrived in Caticlan 45 minutes earlier than our expected time, and I was pleasantly surprised that the concierge team was already there waiting for us. Their warm smiles immediately made us feel welcome, and they assisted us with our luggage while informing us about the travel time to the hotel.

Upon arrival at the hotel, Ali assisted us with the check-in. He clearly explained what to expect during our stay, including the hotel amenities and the location of the restaurant. He even personally escorted me to the all-day dining restaurant to assist with my inquiries regarding our New Year’s Eve dinner booking, which I truly appreciated.

While waiting for our room, we took advantage of the hotel facilities. After getting tired, we decided to try our luck and asked if there was any room available. Thankfully, Chad from the reception went above and beyond to assist us. Despite the high occupancy and heavy workload, he remained calm, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made a real effort to look for available options and successfully found us a room earlier than expected. His efficiency, positive attitude, and willingness to help truly made a difference after a long and tiring journey, and we felt well taken care of because of him.

The hotel staff were consistently helpful throughout our stay. The concierge even insisted on assisting us to our room, but I told them it was fine since we didn’t have much luggage and I understood they were busy with check-outs. I also forgot a few items back home and contacted Guest Services—Brayan, who delivered the items I needed, was very helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile.

The lifeguards were also excellent. They greeted us every time they saw us and even assisted us with the beach chairs. Before I forget, I would like to commend Maddie from the all-day dining restaurant for always greeting me by name. Despite the number of guests during breakfast, she still managed to remember my name, which made the experience even more special.

To all the hotel staff who worked tirelessly during New Year’s Eve, you all did a fantastic job! The food was great, and the fireworks were amazing.

Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay and will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful two-day stay at Savoy Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The room was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit—always friendly, attentive, and professional. The breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the private beach was a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Special kudos to Lecel at the front desk for making my mom’s 60th birthday extra special. Even though she was working the night shift, she kindly accommodated my request without any hesitation and made sure everything went smoothly. Her kindness and effort really meant a lot to us. She is amazing, and we sincerely hope to receive the same wonderful service on our next visit.

This stay gave us great memories, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at Savoy. It's the perfect place for some peace and quiet. Food is great and service is exceptional. The room is very clean and comfortable. All staff are friendly and courteous. Special shoutout to Ben, the staff assigned at the Concierge for conveniently booking us (even if we keep on changing our minds on the schedule) for the complimentary shuttle service to D'Mall every single day and for assisting us in taking the airport transfer service we got from Klook even if it was raining. We will definitely be back 💕

I had a wonderful experience, the staff was very welcoming and always super nice and warm, the food was great and the hotel was beautiful.

This was my first time in Savoy Hotel Boracay with my senior mom, I can very much tell you that the staff was so warm, thoughtful and friendly. They are the real reason why I would wanna go back again and why I recommended the place to my friends as well. Although there were some areas that needed improving like the first room they gave us had some problems and were lacking in essentials so we complained and they wasted no time in moving us to another room and provided us with the utmost care.

Quick shout out to Maddie and Cheky who assisted us throughout our stay especially Maddie! I appreciated how she took down notes regarding my concerns and her genuineness was so refreshing! They also surprised us with a birthday cake for my mom back at our hotel room! I only mentioned it in passing that it was my mom's birthday and for them to take an extra mile to make it a lot more special is so heart warming to me and my mom.

So thank you Savoy Hotel for having us!

Our stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay was good overall. The staff were accommodating, and the shuttle plus Hop-On Hop-Off service made it easy to go around Stations 1–3. Shops like 7/11 is very useful to have around the hotel. The pool is not so busy as well. So quiet and clean they always have life guards present and they give you towels to use afterwards swimming. The private beach has a great view of the Keyhole, though it can be windy and wavy, and the sand isn’t as fine. There are comfortable loungers if you just want to relax, and the area feels peaceful since it’s exclusive to New Coast guests. Special thanks to Cheky and Helen for their warm and friendly service — Cheky’s lovely smile really stood out. Lila Spa got lots to offer as well, had couple massage and was good. Suggestion: more nightly events like fire dancing or shows so guests can enjoy entertainment without going far.

Service and location was very good. Staff and facilities were welcoming. Shuttle service very good, cafe staff were very helpfu and friendly especially Cheky. Food is good and has some options to choose.

Hotel and location is nice. Stayed for 5 days 4 nights and have 3 rooms. Very poor customer service. Start with the housekeeping, they replenish all the toiletries and make up
your bed but doesn't really clean the toilet. For how many days we stayed, our room smells like bathroom that hasnt been cleaned for days. I went to the front desk and asked for sevice, no one came. My niece called, no one came, my husband asked for bath towels, no one came. He ended up getting it from the housekeeping cart on our floor. Requested for ice bucket, no one came. asked a question at the bar regarding corkage, the staff cant give me an answer. She said, waiting for a manager but hours later, we didnt get an answer. Same with the dinner buffet, they said its roast beef, but its pork. All chaffing dish are empty. Took them forever to refill it. I guess you get what you paid for. Id rather spend more money and stay somewhere else next time. One good thing I can say, the pool guy and bell service are the only people who seems to know what their doing..

The place felt calm and welcoming from the start. A big thank youuuuuu to Lecel for giving me a peaceful room (I really need it). Definitely help me during my stay. I also loved the staff (Sorry forgot the name) at the café. The private beach at Cove 2 added even more to the relaxing experience. A special thanks to Apol for accommodating my late check-out. ❤️❤️❤️

May husband and I had a wonderful stay here in Savoy hotel. Despite the busy schedule of December, the staff made sure that we are taken cared of. Kudos to Alli and Maddie!

I highly recommend Savoy Hotel for its excellent guest accommodation. All of our requests were promptly and easily accommodated, and the free shuttle service made traveling to and from Boracay Port very convenient.

I am giving this hotel one star due to a very unpleasant and poorly handled incident that made my family feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

The hotel advertises having a private beach, but in reality, the beach is shared with multiple resorts and is located quite far from the hotel. While there is a shuttle going to the beach, there is no shuttle service for picking guests up, so you are required to walk back. This may be manageable for some guests, but it is not suitable for senior citizens or families traveling with elderly parents.

During our visit to the beach, my family stayed under a coconut tree for shade due to the strong sun. We did not invade anyone’s personal space and maintained a reasonable distance from another couple nearby. As this is a shared public beach, we believed we had every right to sit there.

Unexpectedly, the woman from the other couple began acting erratically and hysterically. Despite calmly explaining that we only wanted shade—especially since we were with our senior citizen parents—she escalated the situation by sitting on our towel and throwing a tantrum. We reported the incident to the lifeguard, who witnessed what happened and advised us to escalate it to our hotel’s security team.

The security officer showed concern and referred us to the manager on duty (December 21, around 11:00 AM). Unfortunately, the manager did not take appropriate action. We requested a dialogue to resolve the issue, but this was not supported. Instead, we were told that nothing could be done other than “talk to security,” and shockingly, the manager suggested that we should just “pray” for the other guests.

This situation required professional action, not prayers. The manager did not listen to our concerns, and her response made us feel unheard and unsupported. After this incident, we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel or returning to the beach.

If privacy is important to you, I would recommend staying at Crimson instead, as this resort does not provide the level of privacy, guest support, or comfort—especially for families with senior citizens—that it claims to offer.
