Great location. Wonderful stay
Pros:

The location couldn't be better. It's right in downtown Cilaos, near shops and restaurants. The hotel has parking and an excellent breakfast in the morning. The staff is great and very helpful. Wifi is usually very good. You can walk to the trailhead of several trails from the hotel. Laundry is close.

Cons:

You can hear the people walking around in the room above as well as some traffic outside. The traffic is a little busy in the morning but very quiet at night. Otherwise it is very quiet. I would stay here again.

Beautiful classic hotel , very classy!
Very nice and professional Staff.
Perfect location
The Room was big with a beautiful bathroom and a magnificent view!

Cons:

Bad wifi , (important for foreigners).
In the room called Junior room , the master bed was good but the sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

L'emplacement est top et pratique. Le resto de l'hôtel très sympa et bon. Personnel réactif à notre arrivée pour une demande.

Cons:

3e séjour dans cet hôtel aux meme tarifs mais les prestations ne sont pas les mêmes (à la baisse) et la chambre de plus en plus petite et ne correspondant pas aux photos de la réservation.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé les prestations (petit dej entre autre) un peu limite pour un 4* même perdu en pleine montagne. Ça manquait un peu de choix même si, somme toute, il y a tout le nécessaire de base.

Nettes Hotel im Zentrum von Cilaos. Zudem sehr leckeres Käse Fondue im hauseigenen Restaurant. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Cons:

Bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Balkontüre ließ sich nicht richtig schließen.
