Da wir über 7 Stunden am Gotthard im Stau gestanden sind, hatten wir uns in der Zwischenzeit mit dem Hotel in Verbindung gesetzt, da wir wussten, dass wir sehr spät ankommen. Man hat uns einen Self Checkin angeboten und diesen haben wir dann auch genommen. Es hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Wir konnten ohne Probleme auf den gebuchten Parkplatz am Hotel fahren und der Zimmerschlüssel lag, wie vereinbart, an der Rezeption. Der Besitzer hat uns am Mirgen beim Frühstück sehr herzlich begrüßt. Nach dem auschecken haben wir gefragt, ob wir unser Auto noch für 2 Stunden auf dem Parkplatz stehen lassen können, da wir noch gerne in die Stadt wollten (hatten ja am Vorabend keine Möglichkeit mehr). Auch das war kein Problem. Wir sind mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und können hier eine Weiterempfehlung geben.

Camera piuttosto cara per la presenza del festival di Sanremo, ma come tutte le strutture recettive in zona in quel periodo. Nonostante l incremento di prezzo dovuto all' evento, non mi è piaciuto l extra di 20 euro per il parcheggio nonostante la struttura fosse semi deserta e l ascensore fosse temporaneamente fuori servizio.
