Pros:

The staff were very helpful and polite.
I did make a suggestion. That perhaps guests could place there mobile phones on a cushion when not using them. Because. 02.30am onwards someone's phone was vibrating on a wooden cabinet. Now if I could here this in a different room so can they, but they didn't pick or answer the phone

Cons:

The parking was only a few hundred yards away. But it was heavy going
