Pros:

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely sea view overlooking Exmouth seafront, we will certainly be booking the hotel in the future.

Cons:

Our twin beds were a little on the narrow side and a bit creaky, however this did not spoil our stay.

Pros:

Ideally situated for town and beach

Cons:

No hot water. Shower was luke warm. Bedroom was dirty. Lots of dust on surfaces. Very noisy. Walls very thin, can hear next door. Had some kind of birthday party event going on. Was extremely noisy and the party continued in the road until well gone midnight. Had my window open. Drunk guests next diir noisy and smoking. Smoke came into.my room

Well worth a visit
Pros:

Everything.
Friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Excellent location, close to beach and town centre.
Excellent evening meal.
Nothing is too much trouble.
Lovely room with a fantastic view.
Have stayed before and will certainly stay again.

Cons:

Not a criticism on the hotel as it is the same for every hotel in that area, lack of parking.
