The slight smell of smoke in corridors and room - we believe this to be an historic smell rather than current - which may be difficult to remove, but it was noticeable.

Pros:

The staff were amazing I had another hotel cancelling on me as I had to book another hotel, for that my flight arrived very early in the morning and I wanted to rest and get ready before my work event, however after that hotel canceled on me I was immediately accommodated at Melissa hotel and I was given the early check in I requested earlier .

Cons:

I wish they have given me the early check in I asked for before my arrival . The room I stayed in smelled like BBQ every night and when I asked about it I was told it was the restaurant. It was a very strong smell .
