Pros:

The staff were amazing I had another hotel cancelling on me as I had to book another hotel, for that my flight arrived very early in the morning and I wanted to rest and get ready before my work event, however after that hotel canceled on me I was immediately accommodated at Melissa hotel and I was given the early check in I requested earlier .

Cons:

I wish they have given me the early check in I asked for before my arrival . The room I stayed in smelled like BBQ every night and when I asked about it I was told it was the restaurant. It was a very strong smell .

Good stay
Pros:

The hotel was very nice, with a good location and comfortable rooms. The shower was great, and the bed was excellent with a sufficient number of pillows. Everything was clean, and I have nothing to complain about.. it was more than enough for my two-day work trip.

Cons:

I would like to mention 2 points regarding the hotel.

First, concerning the staff: there was no communication during the check-in process, and I was not informed about the hotel’s facilities, such as whether there was a swimming pool or a gym. I've got to know there was a gym later when I saw a sign in the elevator indicating its location, although I did not visit it.

My second comment is about breakfast. There were no fruits available, which is usually one of the most basic items to provide. Also, the tables were not cleared and cleaned as promptly as expected for a 4 or 5 star hotel.

Other than that, everything else was good.

Pros:

L’hotel è moderno, pulito e ben curato. Le camere sono spaziose, confortevoli e dotate di tutti i servizi necessari, inclusi bollitore, minibar e Wi-Fi veloce. Lo staff alla reception è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ottima anche la posizione: tranquilla ma comoda per spostarsi in città, soprattutto se si viaggia per lavoro. Colazione abbondante e con buona varietà, sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

La piscina non agibile per alcuni giorni, ma per il resto tutto ok

Nice premises and breakfast
Pros:

Neat, location and good experience

Cons:

We paid for 2 nights and asked for a quiet room. The last evening the next door room played very loud music. When we called the front desk we were told that that guest has the right to play loud music. They will talk to them but if they don’t stop there is nothing that can be done but move us. I said we are not suppose to move as we have done nothing wrong. Luckily the loud noise stopped later
