Cons:

There was no heating it seemed. reception area was warm, however the room was absolutely freezing. It was actually warmer outside than the room. it was horrendous.
radiator was on number 5 but stone cold. No hot water

I will never book a room there
Cons:

My room had a horrible smell of cats’ pee. It was a torture to stay overnight there, as I didn’t have other option.

The amazing location, central to everything you want to see and do in Llandudno. The top floor apartment has a stunning view of the town.

Pros:

Nothing.This is the worse hotel in Llandudno nothing seemed to work, cold shower the room was awful. Friendly staff and dog friendly and the fact it is in Llandudno was nice but don't think we will stay there again unless it is fully refurbished to be honest I was gonna take photos but didn't

Very disappointing
Pros:

Breakfast not provided, location good

Cons:

Not enough space here to put how bad the facilities and customer service was. I have made a formal complaint to the hotel via direct email to them. Including the hairdryer setting on fire.

Awful, bad experience, will be not going this hotel again
Pros:

We didn't get any breakfast, which was included in the price. We didn't like anything.
There was workmen outside cutting flags all day and morning very noisy

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unsafe, unclean, unprofessional.
Pros:

There was no breakfast. Location is the best part of the hotel as it is central to most attractions.

Cons:

The facilities were not safe to use and the owner is not equipped to manage a hotel. The shower was broken and either too hot or too cold to the point that I was burnt by the water as it would shift in temperature without touching the dial. I alerted staff who spoke to maintenance on the phone who stated the shower was “temperamental”. I was told to request a refund from Booking.com which I did but went unanswered. I contacted them directly to then be accused of lying by the owner. Completely unethical, unprofessional and immoral. Do not waste your money here. I also raised other issues which were again ignored. It should be shut down.
