Pros:

The bed was clean and comfy.

Cons:

We actually had the best room out of the 3. We took my daughter and family, and our friends came too. Our friends room was shocking, the family room was cramped and all 3 rooms were in desperate need of revamping. I would never stay here again.

Pros:

Location good.

Cons:

Room floor on a slant, furniture dated and marked . Reception non existant. Was ringing 20 mins on arrival for door entry code. We've scruffy and unmanned.

We will book again for next year
Pros:

We had visited the hotel before and liked it then. The location is very good. We understand the new owners are in process of renovating the property so we expected this.

The only thing I can point out is the bottom sheet on the double bed in room 11 kept coming loose. My wife didn't sleep well as a result. There was no meal option but we were happy eating out as not to rely on someone else's routine.

There was no loo roll and no one to ask during the day

Overall the place was amazing but the place needs renovation.
Pros:

The location is amazing,just a quick walk down the road to the beach and a 7 minute walk to the mountains .The beds were clean and the new owners were very friendly and helpful .
