Not happy
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming helped with taking our luggage upto our rooms tried to help with problems they explained why it wasn't up to standard as they had only just took over but will be doing more in the closed season it does need alot doing to it

The rooms were terrible paper coming of walls sower doors didn't close properly in one room the toilet continued to flush the windows need replacing towel rails broke missing and the place is not suitable if you are disabled as no lift and 5 steps up into hotel and there was no staff to see you off in morning when leaving the rooms doors were not right we had 2 rooms family room and twin room they both horrible the family room you couldn't swing a cat in it not big enough as a family room you were cramped no bedside cabinets not enough sockets none near beds in any rooms there was abar they put in but the windows were full of cobwebs round the windows and not just a few they were covered and spiders

Brilliant love Llandudno and the dog loves the beaches and swimming in the sea.

Location , plus dog friendly , staff were brilliant.

Cons:

Staff / owners. Plus close to all amenity,s , and they have just opened a lovely pub with live sports in hotel.

Couldn't spend an extended period of time in the room
Pros:

Location was close to the town and the Triathlon course.

Cons:

No staff available for the whole weekend, I saw 1 cleaner for the 2 days. Rubbish like empty bottles and toilet rolls left in the room. Room was scorching hot and the 1 fan provided wasn't fully functioning.

Very close to the Main Street, beach and restaurants

Where do I start?
The room was dirty with the carpet ripped and pulling up, the toilet bowl was cracked, the paintwork was very tatty, it was dusty, it had other people’s hairs, the double bed was questionably not a double, it was very hot, the tv didn’t work without internet and guess what NO internet.
When messaging the hotel, because there was no one at the desk, I was told wales were without internet for 4 hours. This was the slowest 4 hours of my life (aka my whole stay). But I should feel for him because his restaurant didn’t have WiFi and therefore he was struggling to take money from customers.

Comfy bed for the night :)
Pros:

We only paid £59 for the night. Yes the decor is outdated. But it was quiet at night, we had a lovely shower and the beds were clean and comfy. The window opened and we had a kettle with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits, clean towels, nice toilet rolls and a working hair dryer.

.dried sick stains, mouldy walls bathroom stinks and mouldy,,wallpaper dirty peeling off , random weird things stuck to wall falling off, broken glass window, carpet dirty, cups had mould and had never been washed, too hot , no fan no air con, given a room with a dangerous low window when i have a five year old,paint peeling ,bad diy and upkeep. DEMANDING FULL REFUND
