This is an excellent hotel in a great location in downtown Tokyo. We loved our stay there and it met all our expectations. Everyone was courteous and friendly, especially in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
Restoranını ve çalışanlarını beğendim. Özellikle Natauko, ahh Natsuko o kadar kibar o kadar anlayışlı o kadar işine adamıştı ki kendini, 66 ıncı yaşgünümde ağlattı beni. Olağanüstü bir kutlama yaptı bana kahvaltıda. Bir sonraki sabah da çerçeveli hatıra fotoğrafımı hediye etti.
Natsuka ve takımı o kadar ilgiliydi ki beğenmemeye fırsat kalmadı.:)))
The location only,maybe?
After staying at Mandarin Oriental Tokyo and Waldorf Astoria Osaka, I was surprised that this hotel is rated five stars as them.In my opinion, it did not meet the standards I would expect from a five-star property. There was no room service or food service available, and the overall experience did not match the rating. The most disappointing part was the gap between the hotel’s reputation and the actual stay. Overall, it was not a satisfying experience for us.
