All you need for a perfect stay 😊
Pros:

Since you enter to the hotel you feel calmness and positive vibe. The room is so cosy and you feel so relaxed, comfy bed and pillows…
The breakfast is served with a wonderful view, and the restaurant serves great alacarte dinner options…
All the staff supportive, willing to help without being overwhelmed.

Excellent option if you want to splurge on a fancy hotel
Pros:

The Celestine was definitely a splurge for us, but it was worth it given that it was our first hotel in Japan, and we had arrived with my in-laws, who are in their 80s. The hotel provides all necessary amenities. The rooms were super clean and came with fancy robes to boot. We felt very pampered there, and everyone was so kind. Beds large and comfortable. Also, location was great in the heart of Ginza.

Cons:

The only drawback was that we couldn't get the room temperature below 20 Celsius and the windows won't open, and the bed sheets are very warm, so it was a bit too warm for us at night on the 11th floor (heat rising from lower rooms maybe).
