La ubicación es perfecta en Ginza. Personal y limpieza excelentes.
Muy pocas zonas comunes, no disponen de gimnasio y las habitaciones estándar son extremadamente pequeñas. A la cama hay que acceder de canto y no tuvimos donde dejar ni una maleta de viaje.

Nothing really
Location - very close to Shimbashi subway station and walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops. The staff are very helpful and polite, fluent in English and very willing to answer questions. When we asked for some extra items in the room, the request was immediately taken care of. Exceptional service.
Our room was on the 6th floor facing a back street with lots of bars and restaurants. The sound insulation of the windows are not great. Every night at 3am, we could hear people leaving the bar. So my advise is to request a room on a higher floor or facing the main street.
room size and amenities. The bathroom fan could not be switched offthough so you needed to close the doors to not be disturbed whilst trying to sleep.

客室は清潔なのですが、独特な匂いがとても強く、到着したのが遅い時間だったので部屋を替えてもらうのには疲れていたのでそのまま滞在しました。
翌日には匂いが落ち着いているかと思いましたが、やはり強い独特な匂いが残っていました。
Great location to explore Ginza. Near transport.
Not hugely friendly. We came from another hotel that was super friendly and felt the difference. No greeting on arrival/departure in and out of the hotel. Felt like a nondescript city hotel. For a 5 star hotel not having a smart tv for those jet lag hours and only Japanese channels is somewhat dated in these times. No drinking water provided at all.
