Pros:

The hotel is a beautiful lodge in a great setting. There are views of the tall mountains on one side, ski slopes on another side, and smaller hills the other directions. Great breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Friendly staff. We enjoyed watching the sheep grazing on the summer grass on the ski slopes. The nearby Terma Bania water park was much fun. We highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

W hotelu spędziłem tylko kilka godzin, mimo to uważam, że hotel prezentuje wysoki standard. Jedyne czego bardzo mi brakowało to klimatyzacja w pokoju.

The hotel is very close to the lift. not ski in-ski out but almost there. The site is quite small and suite the beginers.
The hotel is nice. well above its 3 stars. rooms are spacious, at least those at the 3rd floor. Front dest is open till 10 pm.

Pobyt bardzo udany. Jeśli chodzi o pokój Lux to z pewnością zasługje na 3* a może i pretendować do 4*. Śniadania w porządku a jedzenie z karty menu naprawdę bardzo smaczne. Wyciąg obok hotelu- niektóre pokoje z widokiem na stok. Głównym zauważonym przez nas mankamentem jest recepcja czynna jedynie do 22 giej- po tej godzinie recepcjonista jest jedynie pod telefonem i ....wszystko jest w porządku póki jest w porządku....ale problem może być już przy tak błahej sprawie jak rozmagnesowana karta do pokoju co nam się przydarzyło dwukrotnie w ciągu dnia. Wieczorem (telefon zamknięty w pokoju) na szczęście udało się szybko problem rozwiązać ale nie jest to komfortowe biorąc pod uwagę cenę pokoju 1470PLN/2 noce/2os. Uważam że właściciel powinien pomyśleć nad ulepszeniem możliwości kontaktu z recepcją. Jak się potem okazało bar czynny jest do godzin nocnych- ale nawet wiedząc o tym uważam za mało komfortowe paradowanie w szlafroku ze spa do nocnego baru hotelowego z powodu niedziałającej karty. Bywałam w wielu hotelach w których nie ma w nocy recepcjonisty ale zawsze były to hotele budżetowe a nie 3* w cenie ok. 750 PLN/noc/pokój 2os. w "Białka City" :)
Powyższa uwaga nie zaważyła na mojej wysokiej ocenie i chętnie wrócę do hotelu mając nadzieję iż kierownictwo popracuje nad zagadnieniem: wysoka cena=maksimum usług :)

Pros:

I am delighted with the stay. We had 2 bedroom 2 bathroom room. I was here with my 2 daughter's so we had plenty of space. The room was very clean and modern. The staff at the hotel was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was very tasty. Loads of selection. There is a playroom downstairs for the kids.

The neighbourhood has lots to offer. Bike rentals, Terma Bania, small theme parks, nice restaurants.

It was also very relaxing to have a message in the SPA for a very fair price as well as the indoor swimming pool.
