Pros:

Super lokalizacja w zabytkowej i cichej części Kyoto. Warte odwiedzenia zabytki są na wyciagnięcie ręki. Najbliższa świątynia jest po drugiej stronie ulicy. Bardzo dobre Japońskie śniadanie. Restauracja miała dwa lata z rzędu gwiazdkę Michelin i faktycznie widać to w jakości posiłków. Bardzo komfortowo wyposażony pokój.

chambre de haut niveau parfaite comprenant tout ce qui est possible d'avoir dans un hotel

le petit déjeuner payant mais excellent, mais peu de pain alors que la très grande majorité était étrangère. Omelette japonaise faite devant soi. La chambre suite junior exceptionnelle, tout en blanc, et une démonstration du rituel de thé Macha.

Cons:

excessivement difficile de communiquer, aucun interlocuteur (plus de 6 y compris concierge) ne parlant correctement l'anglais. Ceux qui prétendait le faire ne comprenait pas grande chose

sh! a hidden gem in Gion.
Pros:

the onsen and bathing room was so enjoyable, the staff was extremely polite and helpful, loved the amenities in the room -- tea, bath products, yukata, loungewear. a real gem of a hotel nestled quietly in Gion. Super convenient to walk and take buses/trains all over the city.

Cons:

nothing. it was truly exceptional and perfect in every way.

Cons:

Malgré de la bonne volonté, le personnel est insuffisamment formé. La salle du petit dej est sombre, la restauration proposée de piètre qualité, pas de lobby/bar. Vue de la chambre donnant sur un mur, baignoire en plastique.

Super schönes Hotel, fantastisches Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gute Lage
Pros:

Ein herrliches Hotel. Es passt einfach alles. Wir hatten ein super schönes Zimmer ( Fenster geht ein Stück zu öffnen ) im 5. ten Stock mit Blick auf den Berg . Sehr ruhig , sehr sauber , ausreichend Platz. Wir einen 2 Einzelbetten , die riesig und bequem waren. Die Lage ausgesprochen gut.Dass Personal absolut hilfsbereit und überaus freundlich.
Wenn wir noch einmal nach Kyoto kommen, dann buchen wir definitiv dieses Hotel.

Cons:

Es gab nichts, was zu bemängeln wäre.

Pros:

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit des Personals die geschmackvolle Einrichtung waren top. Die Concierge Yumiko hat es möglich gemacht am Wochenende einen Zahnarzt zu finden und hat sich bei der Abfahrt nochmal persönlich erkundigt. Mehr Service geht nicht. Das Essen war eine gute Mischung zwischen Japanisch und Westlich. Nur zu empfehlen!
