Fantastic stay
Pros:

Staff where so so friendly. I had such good chats with them, they made me feel so at home. The location was excellent, exactly in the old town where I wanted to be. Facilities of the hotel where great and it was lovely and clean.

I will be staying here again.

Tolles City-Hotel im Zentrum
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut erreichbar - Trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns tolle Tipps gebeben. Die Zimmer waren modern, geräumig und komfortabel.

Cons:

Das Frühstück eher enttäuschend. Die Auswahl war sehr gering: wenig und einfaches Gebäck, kaum Obst oder Gemüse, wenig Auswahl an Aufstrichen und nur wenige warme Gerichte. Zudem gab es nur eine Kaffeemaschine, wodurch es häufig zu Wartezeiten kam.
Fast zu kühl im Hotel (trotz 38 Grad draußen) - Klimaanlage ein wenig zu kalt eingestellt.

Pros:

The staff were fantastic! We stayed for 9 nights, and they made sure we felt at home. The breakfast is perfect. Washing machine in our room was a delight. Perfect air-conditioning at the peak of the worst heatwave.

Cons:

Although located in the center, it misses the atmosphere of Berlin Mitte's colorful streets.

Supertrevlig och personlig personal, alltid glada, vänliga och tillmötesgående

Cons:

Frukosten var en enklare frukostbuffé men priset när man betalade separat var alldeles för högt för det man fick.

A very comfortable hotel, with everything we needed, in an excellent location
Pros:

The excellent location meant that we were able to walk to wherever we wanted to go; we were just a few minutes walk from the centre of Berlin. The hotel was very comfortable, with a small kitchen, which was useful when we didn't feel like eating out. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very helpful.

Cons:

A personal preference, but the bed was very soft.

Lage ist gut. Preis ist auch in Ordnung.
Pros:

Gut gelegen. Man kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Personal ist freundlich.

Cons:

Wir übernachteten für 3 Tage. Unser Zimmer wurde nie gereinigt und wir haben auch keine frischen Handtücher bekommen (trotz Türschild "Please make up my room"). Leider hat man uns am ersten Tag vergessen zu sagen, dass in diesem Hotel nur alle 3 Tage eine Zimmer-Reinigung erfolgt. Halb so wild. Viel erschreckender war der Zustand der Klobürste im Zimmer. Diese wurde vermutlich das letzte mal vor 2 Jahren gewechselt. Finde ich persönlich ein absolutes No-Go.
