Pros:

Zentrale Lage. Das historische Zentrum war fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Cons:

Einiges. Im Zimmer gab es Silberfischchen, eines hatte sich in meinen Schuh versteckt und ich habe es erst später entdeckt, eines habe ich lebend im Waschbecken gesehen. Die Toilettenspülung hat oft erst beim 6 Versuch funktioniert (dies hatten wir auch gemeldet), die Dusche war offen und hätten wir geduscht, wäre das ganze Bad unter Wasser gewesen. Die Beleuchtung im Bad war zum Schminken nicht geeignet. Das Frühstück war eher mau, der Honig war so fest, dass man ihn schneiden konnte. Über eine Flasche Wasser im Zimmer hätten wir uns gefreut und 30 € Parkgebühren pro Tag für Gäste des Hotels sind eine Frechheit. Wir haben für 10€ weniger im benachbarten Rathaus Center geparkt. Wir schreiben fast nie eine Bewertung und reisen sehr oft, aber für die Note 8.9 hätten wir deutlich mehr erwartet als wir bekommen haben.

Great place to stay at reasonable price.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Reasonably well located. Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The first apartment we got when checked in had issue with the shower. The staff was kind enough to let us switch to a different one without any issue.

Comodo, pratico e centrale.
Pros:

posizione al Mitte e centralissima (a piedi da Alexanderplatz 15 m a passo lento e con valigie, 10 min scarsi dall'isola dei musei; hotel pulito, stanza enorme, staff cordiale e gentile, e volendo possibilità di scaldarsi qualcosa o tenere cose in frigo nella stanza (noi abbiamo usato essenzialmente bollitore per tè e tisane). Possibilità di calcio balilla nella hall molto apprezzata da mio figlio. Letti comodi. Bagno Ok (bidè a parte che manca, ma quello quasi ovunque all'estero). Colazione OK, nulla di speciale ma ampiamente sufficiente con possibilità dolce o salato. Direi quindi comodo e pratico, ideale per famiglia.

Cons:

Mi sarebbe piaciuto qualcosa di più vario o sfizioso alla colazione (che andava comunque bene); e le tende che non oscurano molto, al mattino stanza luminosa appena sorge il sole.

Berlin’s hidden gem.
Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well kept. The lobby was beautiful and I enjoyed staying there instead of my room to read some emails. The bar was nice as well where I had a couple of drinks after coming back from dinner.

Cons:

Very hard to find anything that I didn’t like. But if I had to say something I would comment about room cleaning every third day. It was no big deal to me personally.

On a bien apprécié notre séjour! Berlin est une ville très intéressante!

Propreté, tranquillité, confort et proximité.

Rien à signaler. Tout était OK! Par contre, ça serait une bonne idée d’avoir un grille-pain.

Posizione eccellente, stanza molto confortevole, personale disponibile
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è eccellente, molto centrale e comoda sia per i musei sia per girare la città a piedi o con i mezzi. Stanza molto bella e spaziosa; servizio di pulizia previsto ogni 3 giorni per questioni di sostenibilità ma con la possibilità di richiederlo quando desiderato

Wonderful place to stay in Berlin!
Pros:

Great and spacious room, wonderful bed, modern and great bathroom, nice kitchen. Also great location in the middle of the city center! There is a bus stop and a grocery store right by as well.
