Pros:

Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und groß, wir hatten Glück und zwei Seiten des Zimmers waren Fensterfronten, sodass man vom Bett aus eine tolle Sicht über Berlin hatte. Der Fitnessbereich ist gut ausgestattet gewesen mit modernen Geräten.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war mit einer Küche ausgestattet, allerdings hätte man die Töpfe und Pfannen für eine extra Gebühr ausleihen müssen.

Volevo fare complimenti a tutto lo staff della reception sempre gentili e disponibili, soprattutto al ragazzo Italiano che la prima sera ci ha accolto e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni possibili per agevolarci a trascorrere al meglio la nostra permanenza a Berlino che è stata ostacolata da una mia forte sciatalgia improvvisa. Grazie di cuore, davvero.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the location was great, but what truly made the experience special was the staff.
A special thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and friendly attitude. Everyone was very helpful, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
We really appreciate the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size and very comfortable. We were very glad to have a washing machine in our room as well after travelling through a lot of places. Also was in the perfect spot to visit all the museums and architecture. Would definitely recommend staying here

There is no way to ventilate the room, the heating is very hot and cannot be adjusted

Schönes Hotel, modern, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Bisschen durchgelegene Matratzen, leider kein Fenster zum öffnen und Temperatur konnte schlecht über die Lüftung geregelt werden.

Pros:

Its all about location! Walking distance from some of the main attractions. Spacious, clean rooms, hospitable stuff.

Cons:

They clean the room every 3rd day due to sustainbily. Nit an issue just be aware

Great stay in the center of Berlin
Pros:

We loved location and the room which were very spacious. The lady at the reception was super nice and helpful. The gym was well equipped.
Also big plus was the kitchen at the room, which also had all the utensil you could imagine:)

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, limited choice and very small. A lot of products were missing and the staff was not in the room to ask them to bring it.
