Location is really good and central.
There was some trash on the floor and kitchen is not equiped. Windows face another building and can't be open.

Comfortable room, good amenities, had good closet space and was comfortable. The location was well within all the key sights and walking from there to dinner or anywhere else was great. The coffee shop downstairs had great tea and coffee for breakfast. It was great!
The windows don't have screens and so when you open it then bugs get in, but you need to open it at night to get air in the room. Bed was right next to the door
I liked that the room was bigger and I liked the cafe downstairs.
The listing said it had a/c, but the room did not have that. We had to open windows to cool down the room.

Lights in the room could have been better, the sleep sound machine needed new batteries (so didn't work) and no room cleaners provided.

It’s in a great location and is pretty reasonably priced - for central Edinburgh. The staff were brilliant - friendly and helpful. Quiet, well appointed rooms with comfortable beds and great shower pressure. Couldn’t fault it!! And the coffee is delicious.

It was a good location. The property was very clean. I liked that it had a coffee shop on site.
We were in the basement and it was rather dark even with the lights on. The sofa bed was very creaky. Any movement caused it to creak during sleep.
