Excellent!
Pros:

The location was excellent. The front desk staff was great and very helpful with additional products, calling taxis and ease of check in and out. This was a beautiful property and the location was amazing. I would love to come back to this hotel!

Tüm imkanları çok ulaşılabilirdi, heryere yürüyerek gitmek mümkün rn sevdiğimiz yanı buydu. Tüm isteklerimizi hızlıca cevap vererek karşıladılar.

Cons:

Otelin hemen yanında gece kulübe dönüşen bir yer var ve çok uzun saatler yüksek ses geliyor. Bu biraz rahatsız edici.

Comfy with great amenities in the room
Pros:

The hotel is easy to find by public transport and a quick walk. The check-in procedure was quick and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Things were a bit dim, which took some getting used to. The cafe offers Gluten Free options, but largely in the sweets department. There is a washer/dryer in the room which was a huge help once we figured out how to use it.

Felt right at home
Pros:

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The rooms were well laid out, nice and clean. Every member of the staff we met was polite and genuinely friendly. We would happily come back to stay here again the next time we visit Edinburgh.

Home away from home. Wonderful staff . A great place to base yourself whilst in Edinburgh
Pros:

Charlotte at check in was very kind to check us in early. Very friendly and professional.
The room was in the lower ground facing the back so no street noise which was great, everything we needed for a very comfortable stay.
Loved the decor and the division between the bedroom and lounge area.Fabulous shower and bright bathroom despite having no window
Beds were very comfortable. Had wonderful nights sleep.
Location was really central and walkable to everywhere we wanted to visit.
Great cafe down stairs serving really nice simple breakfast and great coffee

Cons:

The placement of the TV meant you couldn’t sit in bed and watch it, but not a big issue.
The sofa was a little hard and minimalist looking. Would have preferred a softer couch, but that is a personal preference.
The heating was turned off at the mains. There were some chilly days, so would have been good to be able to turn heater on.
